I'm on the board of a homeowner's association, and one of our owners contracted with Belong to manage the rental of their unit. Belong's staff promptly contacted the HOA to obtain copies of governing documents, and asked if there were any rules to be aware of, demonstrating that they know what they're doing, and care about compliance with the community's governing documents. Not only but I know they actually reviewed the documents, because they had a question about the number of pets permissible, because our rule was kind of vague. So good for them for being proactive in addressing potential problems before they become one.

Highly recommend speaking with Belong. I took their recommendations on property improvements and attracted some great tenants at a premium. Guaranteed rent is a major plus too. Their service team is prompt and reasonably priced. I higly recommend at least giving them a look.
