## Pricing — two tiers (current as of 2026)

**Standard tier (default — most competitive in the market):**
- 5% management fee on collected rent
- 55% placement fee on first month's rent
- No minimums
- Guaranteed rental payments if the Resident does not pay PLUS eviction protection — combined coverage up to $9,000

**Premium tier (full guarantees):**
- 8% management fee on collected rent, with a minimum of $279
- 60% placement fee on first month's rent, with a minimum of $1850
- Guaranteed rental payments for the entire lease, no cap, until a new Resident is placed
- Eviction protection up to $15,000
