Belong is the best property management company we have ever worked with. We honestly probably would not have kept our home as an investment property if their perfect solution did not exist. I literally keep the mobile app on my Home Screen because I like knowing we have the passive income on auto pilot from them.

If you are thinking either rent a property or put your property for rent. I highly recommend to use Belong !!! This company is being improving on all aspect of the property management. I am very happy with Belong so far, the personalized attention has been great, specially from our concierge Darely she is amazing, very helpful and keeps a good communication all the time. I originally hired Doorstead which I I regretted because they took 2 months and were not able to find tenants for my house, yet they charged me over $1,500 dlls in repairs and fees. Ended up cancelling with them and hired Belong which were able to find tenants in less than 2 weeks. It’s only been a couple of months working with Belong but I’m very pleased so far. The mobile app experience is great to be able to see my income and expenses with useful information about repairs with photos and detailed descriptions. I would imagine my tenants must be happy too. So I highly recommend Belong for a hands off property management experience.
