Belong has been really great to work with. Sure there has been some back and forth and time I wasn’t really sure what the next steps were, but I think it come with the territory. They always return our calls and messages. Very courteous on the phone and I feel like they really CARE about people. Unlike Some other predatory leasers/property management.

My wife and I are both very pleased with your excellent management of our rental home. We now see Belong as a part of our internal team because we know you have our back. When ever I ask for anything, they are right on it. Also, shout out to David and Jordan who’ve done a great job walking me through the process and making sure all my needs were met. Belong has gone far above and beyond for us, meeting service people, checking on property, offering great suggestions. I have total confidence in their service. Great follow through and terrific communication.

I am very impressed by Belong so far. They have a pretty modern approach to property management compared to other companies I’ve dealt with. Almost all of the process is coordinated using their Website, app or via email. They have a great website. It was very easy to view available properties and schedule a tour for the ones I was interested in. After the tour, I was able to apply for the property through the website directly from the tour page. We were told our application could be used for any of their properties within 30 days if we didn’t get selected for our first choice. The application itself is intuitive and simple. We were able to do the whole process remotely from start to finish in just a day or two, including credit checks. Lease Terms were reasonable, and rent is direct deposited automatically so no hassle with checks or money orders. We even had an option to waive our deposit and pay a monthly fee instead, which really helped out with finances. The Apartment was delivered to us in good condition and clean on our move-in day. They were very detailed in documenting the condition during our walk through that weekend. Our concierge has stayed in contact afterward to make sure our family settled in ok, and is very responsive when we reach out.

Finally. I’ve gone through too many property managers to finally get to Belong. I don’t think it’s that tough to be professional in this line of work but my experience told me otherwise. Belong did a great job finding a tenant, and taking care of my home overall. I’m a big fan and look forward to giving them my next house to manage if I continue to buy in the Bay Area.
