Julio was on time and done the job in a very professional manner, by first having the surrounding area cleared and replacing the dish washer. He then tested it along with monitoring the flow of water. After fully satisfied with the performance of the new machine, he cleared the area as if nothing happened. All credits to Belong for having such an experienced and professional Technician like Julio in their team.

It was a big decision leaving LA and going back to the east coast and making sure I found the right manager to take care of my home. I’ve heard horror stories in the past about passive managers or difficult residents. Thankfully, David and the team have done everything since day one to prove the exact opposite experience. Belong has worked around the clock to help me manage my house in Culver City and I feel that I’m always in the loop, even all the way from NYC. Between plumbing issues to a pest problem in the kitchen, they are always there to fix whatever needs fixing and always with a smile on their face for my residents. You will need your bank account credentials or income verification documents, a valid form of ID, contact info for your most recent landlord, and you will need to pay the $49.90 application fee. The application fee covers the cost for you background and credit check.
