Inspection was great, inspector inspected my property took several photos was a great guy, the only thing was we are doing work on the property and I was not informed we needed to have all utilities on, other than that it went great.

- Extremely frustrating experience with Belong as a landlord. Communication is incredibly slow, and it is very difficult to connect with anyone beyond the assigned “concierge.” Nobody else seems empowered to help, which creates a bottleneck for even basic issues. Instead of simplifying property management, they became an added layer of friction between the tenant and us as owners. Whenever a maintenance request came in, I still had to personally figure everything out myself. I’ve been trying to terminate my management agreement for the past 4 weeks, and there has still not been a proper handoff of documents or transition process. I also still do not have access to the owner portal despite asking repeatedly for several days. The biggest shock: today I learned they apparently never collected a traditional security deposit from the tenants — despite us previously being told there was approximately one month’s rent held as a deposit. As a landlord, that is deeply concerning. If major damage happens, what exactly is the protection process? Overall, the experience has felt disorganized, unclear, and unnecessarily difficult.
- Overall good experience. Very fast at responding and providing requested documents or links. Strong communication in a timely manner and efficient. Very professional and answered all questions I had with great information.
- Charles was on time, kind, professional, efficient and cleaned up after himself considering how much of an undertaking installing 2 new toilets is.

- Initially, I had a good experience with Belong. They accepted my application within a day for a rental, and were efficient. But it has been the WORST to get any kind of maintenance done. There were issues with my rental upon moving in (e.g., closet door was broken, bathroom fan not working, wood window trimming ripped off and left out), and it took 6 weeks to fix these things. I had another maintenance issue recently, and I was told they would have someone come look at the issue between 9-5pm. Nobody came by, so at 5pm I had to leave for an appointment. At 5:30pm I was bombarded by phone calls from different area codes, asking where I was because the maintenance person was outside waiting for me. I told them I couldn't head back home at that point, and they didn't take "no" for answer. They continued to call me from multiple phone numbers after I ended the call. I could write a whole novel about other issues I have with Belong, particularly on the maintenance services side of things, but overall, I would say their communication and timeliness is terrible.

- I thought I was being noble by going with a company that had good marks for tenants. But this is because theyll make the homeowner pay for anything the tenant requests - I’m out thousands for a beautiful house I lived in happily and without major issue for years. I’m fine paying for stuff that is broken but a new floor? New walls? The tenants knew the magic words that turned their preferences into safety and liability issues. I’m out of money and not out of my contract. Honestly one of the worst decisions I’ve ever made to trust my home to this company.

- This is my first time dealing with a property Management company. To date my experience has been great. Very professional and on point. I believe I've found the perfect company to represent us. The first week gave us 25 views in which we had 9 follow ups. I know we'll be signing our first contract anytime. The proof is in the numbers. I don't think I could've gotten this kind of exposure on my own. In all, well worth the investment to work with such professionalism.

- Our move-in experience with Belong Property Management has been one of the most frustrating rental experiences we’ve had. We moved into the property with missing exterior door keys, no mailbox key, confusion around garage access, unresolved repair issues, exposed wiring in the garage, detached door hardware, and multiple condition concerns throughout the home. Many of these issues were identified immediately during move-in, yet we spent weeks going back and forth between multiple departments trying to get basic items acknowledged and addressed. Belong heavily emphasizes their Inspectify move-in process, requiring tenants to spend significant time documenting photos, notes, and property conditions. However, after completing the extensive walkthrough and submitting concerns through both Inspectify and the Belong app, we repeatedly found ourselves having to re-explain, re-document, and re-submit the same issues over and over again. It felt less like a supported move-in process and more like we were performing the property management company’s quality control responsibilities ourselves. Communication was fragmented with constant handoffs between team members, and many responses focused more on explaining internal processes than actually resolving problems. Even nearly 3 weeks after move-in, we are still dealing with unresolved maintenance concerns and appliance issues, including an oven malfunction. The most disappointing part is that many of these issues should have been identified and resolved before the home was ever listed as “move-in ready.” As tenants paying premium rental rates, we expected a home that was properly prepared, professionally cleaned, and fully functional on day one. To be fair, individual representatives like Belen were polite and responsive once involved, but the overall operational process and move-in standards fell far below expectations. I would strongly encourage anyone considering Belong to run the other way and do not look back.
