- Don’t trust this company!! Hard to get hold of, too mangers that don’t know what hell they’re doing and short staff that actually do the work. Gives the run around. Would not recommend especially in the Bay Area. Do your research and document everything.

These guys seem to have run call centers and evolved to self promote them as property managers The two stars is because they do respond to emails but most often clueless of what’s going on

- Update: 27 Feb 2027 I am modifying this review form 1 star to 4 Belong has fixed all issues described below to my entire satisfaction. My confidence is restored. It is refreshing to see how feedback was taken seriously and things fixed in a few days. ****Original review**** I am giving 1 start because the system won't allow me to give zero stars. I am completely disappointed, with the service. Since we signed with this company the amount of work has tripled fixing Belong's errors. Here is the list: 1. Charged me for services that never were approved 2. By talking to the tenant directly we found Belong never performed a service they charged me for. 3. During the sales calls they committed to something they didn't want to honor. 4. Their portal has many defects and malfunctions (errors while trying to access documents, doubled charges, incorrect EOIs just to name a few) 5. They took 8 weeks to cancel a wrong charge in my account. 7. The cleaning crew they sent did a terrible job, left dirty windows and floors, and disappeared the gas key from the fireplace, which has not been replaced by the way. 8. If you don't have an SSN they won't pay you electronically, so if you hold an ITIN beware because they send you a check weeks late. I have more but no more space on the review.
- Everybody was amazing, they were extremely communicative and patient with me dealing with my work schedule. This was definitely a great experience.
- Juaquin is very helpful, knowledgeable and provided exceptional customer service. I appreciate his quick response to questions and help in completing application when I had problems.
- Gianella was fantastic! Her quick and clear communication during our entire process was impressive. She made everything very easy and answered all questions we had right away. I would highly recommend Belong Home and only want to work with this company moving forward for any rentals.
- As vendors, we had a great experience with Sol - timely, great communication and available when needed.
- Terrible experience, they no showed us and had multiple people scheduled at the same time. The team we contacted is not local and had no way of showing the property that we personally scheduled to see. We waited for 30 mins till we finally just left. The property itself entry way was gross and smelled. The lack of communication and no show not only wasted our time but made us never want to work with this company again.
- Joaquin did an amazing job - constant and helpful communication, works super quick and was extremely helpful! Even hopped on a personal call with me to review everything live which expedited the process and was super easy to talk to. Would definitely recommend their services again!

- Hi! I have just got my condo rented through Belong. I had an amazing experience. The team is experienced and they responded to all my questions in a very timely manner. Excellent communication and customer service. Due to their marketing skills, the condo got rented out within a day and that too at the asking price! Thanks again!!

- Worst property management we’ve ever worked with. They try to nickel and dime you for everything and don’t care about the term of your residency, just money. One of the property workers tried breaking into the unit while occupying and apparently didn’t know someone was inside and a police report is filed with them. Wouldn’t recommend.
- Mr. Juan from Vendor Onboarding team was such a professional and a warm personality. He aided all throught the Onbaordinng Process and ensured that our LLC was Mentioned to the Dispatchers. I am truly grateful for this.

- I recently worked with Joaquin and Federica during my leasing process, and overall, I truly appreciate the experience. Moving can be overwhelming, and while there were a couple of minor bumps and moments of confusion along the way, what really mattered to me was how those situations were handled.Joaquin was calm, responsive, and solution-oriented. When questions came up, he stepped in and made sure everything aligned with what was agreed upon. That level of follow through means a lot, especially during a move.Federica was also helpful in walking through the move-in details and making sure I had clarity on next steps. Once we connected directly, communication felt much smoother and collaborative.No process is ever perfect, but professionalism and accountability go a long way, and I felt supported in the end. I’m looking forward to getting settled into my new home.

From start to finish, she went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable, informed, and confident every step of the way. As someone with a learning disability, I truly appreciated the patience, kindness, and respect she showed while explaining everything clearly and in a way that made sense to me.She never rushed me, answered all my questions without judgment, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and positive. - I’ve had a very frustrating experience with Belong. From the beginning, there have been ongoing issues with transparency and follow-through. There were multiple instances of unexpected charges and overdrafts on my account that were never clearly explained or resolved in a timely manner. Communication has been one of the biggest problems. It is extremely difficult to get in touch with anyone, and when you do reach out, calls are often ignored or not returned. On the occasions where I was able to speak with someone, I was given assurances that issues would be handled, but those promises were rarely followed through. What’s even more concerning is that my tenant experienced similar issues, which shows this is not just an isolated situation. The lack of accountability and consistency has made what should have been a straightforward process unnecessarily stressful. Overall, I would not recommend Belong based on my experience. Reliable communication and trust are essential, and unfortunately, those have been lacking.
