This is my first time dealing with a property Management company. To date my experience has been great. Very professional and on point. I believe I've found the perfect company to represent us. The first week gave us 25 views in which we had 9 follow ups. I know we'll be signing our first contract anytime. The proof is in the numbers. I don't think I could've gotten this kind of exposure on my own. In all, well worth the investment to work with such professionalism.

- Went to a open house today and sat outside for 30min and they never showed up. It was for the best as the property did not look at all like the photos and was in need of basic repair on the outside.

- My wife and I have been looking at many rentals as we have been getting ready to move. Gianella made the process very easy and was so responsive with all of our communications. This is the kind of service and attention to detail that we have been looking for.

- This company started out as 5 stars! However, over time service has really diminished. I had tenants that have moved out and unfortunately no one informed me of the water damaged it sustained on my property. When asked Belong home would not take responsibility even though it was their tenant that they vetted and it was their staff that conducted the walk through. I ended up spending 20k for the water damage. I would not use this company, they can sell you snake oil and you’ll be left with a big ole bill at the end of the day. Extremely unhappy with this company!

- Update: 27 Feb 2027 I am modifying this review form 1 star to 4 Belong has fixed all issues described below to my entire satisfaction. My confidence is restored. It is refreshing to see how feedback was taken seriously and things fixed in a few days. ****Original review**** I am giving 1 start because the system won't allow me to give zero stars. I am completely disappointed, with the service. Since we signed with this company the amount of work has tripled fixing Belong's errors. Here is the list: 1. Charged me for services that never were approved 2. By talking to the tenant directly we found Belong never performed a service they charged me for. 3. During the sales calls they committed to something they didn't want to honor. 4. Their portal has many defects and malfunctions (errors while trying to access documents, doubled charges, incorrect EOIs just to name a few) 5. They took 8 weeks to cancel a wrong charge in my account. 7. The cleaning crew they sent did a terrible job, left dirty windows and floors, and disappeared the gas key from the fireplace, which has not been replaced by the way. 8. If you don't have an SSN they won't pay you electronically, so if you hold an ITIN beware because they send you a check weeks late. I have more but no more space on the review.
- I am giving Belong 1 star because the property was not move-in ready. The AC was not working, the refrigerator was dirty, and several repairs were needed before occupancy. Communication and follow-up on these issues were frustrating. For the amount tenants pay upfront, properties should be properly inspected and repaired before move-in. Belong needs to improve property readiness and communication with tenants.

- I recently worked with Joaquin and Federica during my leasing process, and overall, I truly appreciate the experience. Moving can be overwhelming, and while there were a couple of minor bumps and moments of confusion along the way, what really mattered to me was how those situations were handled.Joaquin was calm, responsive, and solution-oriented. When questions came up, he stepped in and made sure everything aligned with what was agreed upon. That level of follow through means a lot, especially during a move.Federica was also helpful in walking through the move-in details and making sure I had clarity on next steps. Once we connected directly, communication felt much smoother and collaborative.No process is ever perfect, but professionalism and accountability go a long way, and I felt supported in the end. I’m looking forward to getting settled into my new home.
