- Joaquin, did an outstanding job for assisting us with renting the property. I had a great experience working with Joaquin. They were extremely helpful, professional, and responsive throughout the entire rental process. They explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made the process smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate their support and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent a property.

- They don’t fix critical issues like the door lock not working and windows not installed correctly. They don’t have their own maintenance and hire someone (doesn’t tell you who) and I’ve had them hit of me and another one be rude. The contract they give you is very landlord friendly and they don’t listen to you at all. Greedy and hungry for money.
- Joaquin and the entire team made the entire experience seamless and manageable. Not only did they respond the same day as our request, they managed to get us a same day tour AND lease! We had searched for weeks before finally finding the right home and when we did, Belong homes made it happen. We can not wait for our move in date!

- Consistently poor experience. I am a tenant. We had our garbage disposal in our sink start leaking, preventing the use of both our sink and our dishwasher. It was over a week until the company responded to our work request. It took another two weeks for them to send out a technician just to examine the unit. They were very unresponsive to my communication. After the first examination, I wasn't able to get in contact with Belong for 4 days. At which point they told me they switched vendors and would have to contact a different company. It was many weeks until they finally got it fixed, which is far longer than the legally mandated timeframe in our state. They also refused to send me the contact information of the homeowner to expedite the process. We also had our dishwasher fail. It was another 5 days until we got a response. Another two weeks passed before they sent out a technician. They then submitted our address INCORRECTLY, causing the technician to not be able arrive at the property. And again, radio silence from Belong. Every time I set up a voice call in their app, the appointment is never confirmed and I never receive a call. It's been 25 days since the issue was reported. Which again, is far above the legally mandated timeframe. I would avoid this company at all costs.

- I applied with belong homes to be a tenant in one of their homes. I was treated with disrespect and offered a refund of the nearly $200 in application fees that they have neglected to return. Joaquin Cisneros in particular is just an awful person. Refund was offered January 5th.
- Responsiveness One thing I liked about the service is being responsive to emails and assisting us with the on-boarding process with Belong Homes.
- Working with Joaquin was an absolute pleasure. He worked to make sure we could get into the home affordably. We could not ask for a better experience. He was super knowledgeable and even though it is a tech based management company they still make you feel like you are working with real people.

- We recently moved into our new rental home through Belong, and overall, the experience has been excellent from start to finish. Shortly after moving in, we discovered some plumbing issues. At first, plumbers came out and addressed what seemed to be the problem, but it later became clear there was a larger underlying issue that needed more extensive work. Throughout the entire process, Tami and the Belong team were absolutely amazing to work with. Communication was clear, timely, and professional. They coordinated directly with the homeowner, ensured proper inspections were completed, and quickly approved the necessary repairs once it was confirmed that further work was needed. What could have been a stressful situation was handled smoothly and efficiently. The repair itself ended up being a two-day project, but Belong hired skilled, professional plumbers who treated us with respect, explained what they were doing, and made us feel completely safe and comfortable having them on our property. Now everything is fully repaired, the plumbing is back to normal, and Belong has continued to follow up to make sure everything is working properly. From finding and renting the property to addressing real-life issues after move-in, this has been one of the most refreshing rental experiences we’ve had. It’s reassuring to work with a company that truly cares, communicates well, and takes action when something needs to be fixed. We highly recommend renting through Belong. The technician was able to resolve our home issue in less than 24 hours, even though it required extra attention. Everything was handled efficiently and with great care. I genuinely feel good working with this company. The Belong team is very proactive ,they follow up, make calls, send emails, and make sure nothing is left unanswered. Everything is well-organized and smoothly managed. Overall, it’s been a great experience, and I highly recommend Belong.

I’ve been working with this company for about 6 months now, and I’m honestly very satisfied with their service. Their communication, responsibility, and fast action really stand out. - As a property owner, my experience with Belong left a lot to be desired. The sales process sold me on many "differentiators" that were simply not upheld; the tenants did not meet the 3x income criteria and yet they leased to them, the required "deep clean" was not done to any quality standards until I insisted their quality person come out, the locksmith no-showed three times until I rekeyed the house myself. This left me with zero confidence in their services going forward. The biggest issue was that I have a high-end home in California and Belong required Additional Insured on the landlord policy - it is hard enough to get a policy in California due to all the fires, many carriers are not even underwriting in California and NO carrier would provide the AddlIns for a property manager not on the title. Belong refused to have a separate liability policy to cover the risk and refused to pay me any of the income or utilities fees throughout, even though I was incurring expenses on the property, (rest assured, they grabbed their placement fee immediately on signing the lease though). This went on for nearly two months and so I had to terminate with them because they would not budge and no carrier would provide. They even tried to "help me find coverage" by offering a policy with half the replacement value for my multi-million dollar home and tried to tell me that's all I needed even though the person had never even seen the property! Handoffs between the various "specialists" were inconsistent and communications were spotty. It seemed that I had to re-educate each new handoff rather than them look in my files first. Worst of all, Belong just didn't get to know my home or it's special features or quirks (even though I wrote them all up in a Best Practices document for them) so the tenant had to come to me for all their questions and I just wasn't clear what I was paying Belong for.
