- Belong team relies heavily on automations. Realtor could add a real value here. Your team was disorganized and had no data based on your system were taking decisions. At a point, they were inexperienced with the concepts of real estate renting. My realtor found me a tenant in 3 days after Belong released the property. So I lost about 40 days of rent and about $4000.
- Joaquin was very helpful in answering our questions and walking us through this process. He also was able to quickly provide help and get a fix on late notice when we ran into some technical issues. Great and fast experience so far, we look forward to our new home.

- Badly organized team, Promised to get tenant in 21 days, but nothing even after 2 month..no proper update on progress, no network with local agents to speedup the process. They feel that software will do all the thing. Do not waste your time with them.
- Leo from East Bay Construction and Management arrived and promptly worked on sink stopper repair and leak repair. One of the stopper had a broken part that needed to be replaced. He left and bought a new part and fixed it. He also tightened the nut that was the causes of the water leak. Also, Leo tried to troubleshoot the dishwasher drain issue by removing debris from the drain area. After running the dishwasher, drain was not totally draining. So he reported it back to Belong. I am glad he was thoroughly documenting the issues and completions or need for further repair.
- Joaquin Cisternas was an absolute beauty. My partner and I sent an inquiry, and Joaquin reached out right away and filled in all the gaps that we needed. He helped throughout the whole process. Quick, Responsive and straight to the point. - Sebastian was a breath of fresh air! He was so kind and funny and very welcoming. He was very attentive to detail and paid attention. He was very easy to talk to. We need more of him showing houses for rent the same as if for sale.

- I started the process with them on a Friday evening. I was told I was first in line for the time. They took our application fees, ran our credit, and told us they would be sending over a lease. I wake up on Martin Luther king jr day, a bank holiday, to a text that they rented it out to someone else. This really feels like a a scam and was a waste of time. The home was very dirty when they showed it to us and the lady showing it really had no clue what was going on. Daniel, the service person we worked with, was impossible to contact and very unprofessional. Do not use this company.
- My first every person from belong was Daniel. He notified me immediately when I applied for the home about my application. I really needed to call and hear an actual human instead of an ai and he immediately called me. Infact, if it wasn't for him, i would be very hesitant going forward. He had helped me in every way possible. I had no idea that management company could also be helpful for tenant. It was a huge change that left me with gratitude for belong. Especially Daniel. For going above and beyond. Every step of the way felt personal, humbling and respectful. Daniel, if you're seeing this, please know you have a huge impact on me going forward with this house. I hope I get to talk to you again in the future. All the very best to you and the team. :)

- Maria is super responsive. This whole experience is online. So having someone who's is answering your questions is super helpful. Avoids giving you feeling of being nervous or anxiety.

- The worst experience I've ever had renting. I won't go into detail because i could write a novel, but if you love being given the runaround, love talking to a new overseas rep every time you call that has no idea of the situation even though you've told it to different people 10 times already, love waiting on hold, love your messages to never be returned, love AI chatbots and AI implementation, love renting a home from a company with no local homebase or contact whatsoever then you will LOVE Belong Home. It's like renting a home somewhere in the US from a company located in the Phillipines. Take the worst customer service experience you've had and rent a house from that company. That's what this is. Also, it's very easy to tell how 'AI forward' this company is because all of the good reviews on here are so OBVIOUSLY written by AI bots its laughable.

- Nicolas and Daniele are really challenging to work with as they do not communicate, consult or follow anything. All they have is apology for everything. Still work same things again and again. Very unprofessional.
