- Although my representative was nice and customer service was great I would not recommend anybody to use this company. I had the inspection done, they missed some pretty obvious things. I had a leak that I repaired but left the 18x18 stain in the ceiling to see if the inspector would catch it. They didn’t. The noted a dishwasher saying one needed to be installed. The house has one. Whoever they use to inspect the houses are terrible. They tried to talk it off of “we will have a QA inspection later that would have found it so we could repair it”. That doesn’t reduce vacant time. I would be worried if my house was left to them and you should be too.

- Joaquin helped my family a lot into moving quickly on getting my application ready and approved so that we can secure the home we wanted . I can’t wait to move in.
- We recently had a few repairs done at our home, including lighting issues and some door lock concerns. Although the first visit didn’t resolve everything, the company responded quickly and sent another technician out right away. The follow-up team was professional, efficient, and got everything fixed the same day. Our door locks were corrected, and the lighting was taken care of as well. We truly appreciate the prompt service and the effort to make things right. Thank you for making sure everything was resolved properly.

- I engaged Belong in July 2025 to manage my fully renovated, market-ready property in San Antonio, Texas. I was attracted by their tech-enabled platform and professional positioning. Five months later, the property remains vacant and unlisted. Work was halted for a week because a contractor saw a stop work sign from 2 years ago at the property. When I requested status updates, I received 11 days of silence. Commitments like "100% sure we will have everything done by tonight" were followed by months of inaction. Eventually, the responsibility for resolving a municipal issue was transferred to me—an overseas owner with a 15-hour time zone difference running two businesses. I ended up calling the city myself. Despite handing them everything they needed, a promised phone call to schedule a walkthrough has gone unmade for over a month. An insurance quote requested in August remains undelivered. Lawn maintenance was promised but never confirmed. I received an automated survey asking me to rate a "walkthrough" that never occurred. Financial impact: Approximately $10,000 in lost rental income and counting, plus ongoing carrying costs. Who this might work for: Possibly local owners who can chase things up themselves and don't mind hands-on involvement. Who should avoid: International or interstate investors who expect a property management company to actually manage the property. If you value communication, accountability, and proactive service, look elsewhere.

- This is one of the worst property management companies you can ever work with. I chose them thinking i would be able to trust them with my property and and not have to deal with the stress of being a landlord. However, it was completely the posset and I am very disappointed. I am constantly dealing with issues from Belong and they never listen to anything i tell them. I listed my property strictly no pets allowed and they allowed a tenant to have a pet in the home for over a year with out informing me and they refuse to do anything about it. so, i am dealing with my own legal team now paying out of pocket to get this issue addressed. I strongly recommend staying away from Belong. you are better off managing the property on your own.

Honestly, the 5-star reviews on their site feel completely fake—there’s no way this level of service earns that rating in real life. Deeply misleading experience. I strongly regret trusting this company.
