- We recently moved into our new rental home through Belong, and overall, the experience has been excellent from start to finish. Shortly after moving in, we discovered some plumbing issues. At first, plumbers came out and addressed what seemed to be the problem, but it later became clear there was a larger underlying issue that needed more extensive work. Throughout the entire process, Tami and the Belong team were absolutely amazing to work with. Communication was clear, timely, and professional. They coordinated directly with the homeowner, ensured proper inspections were completed, and quickly approved the necessary repairs once it was confirmed that further work was needed. What could have been a stressful situation was handled smoothly and efficiently. The repair itself ended up being a two-day project, but Belong hired skilled, professional plumbers who treated us with respect, explained what they were doing, and made us feel completely safe and comfortable having them on our property. Now everything is fully repaired, the plumbing is back to normal, and Belong has continued to follow up to make sure everything is working properly. From finding and renting the property to addressing real-life issues after move-in, this has been one of the most refreshing rental experiences we’ve had. It’s reassuring to work with a company that truly cares, communicates well, and takes action when something needs to be fixed. We highly recommend renting through Belong. - I had all the hope in the world for this company to help us rent our condo. The staff was lovely and the onboarding was very smooth. They had guaranteed a qualified renter in 18-21 days for the rate that was originally agreed upon (which was lower than we had wanted to begin with). After they received the listing, they continued to lower the price without consulting us. Long story short - when the rent was reduced (by mistake), they found a renter who was way less than the original agreed upon rate. Very disappointing as this cost us lots of money. The renter that they found said that the process was very cumbersome and not straight forward. This is not a company that I would trust again with a property of mine.

- I’m extremely happy with my experience working with Belong. I would especially like to thank Diana and Rod for being so professional, kind, and responsive. The technician was able to resolve our home issue in less than 24 hours, even though it required extra attention. Everything was handled efficiently and with great care. I genuinely feel good working with this company. The Belong team is very proactive ,they follow up, make calls, send emails, and make sure nothing is left unanswered. Everything is well-organized and smoothly managed. Overall, it’s been a great experience, and I highly recommend Belong.
- Working with Joaquin was an absolute pleasure. He worked to make sure we could get into the home affordably. We could not ask for a better experience. He was super knowledgeable and even though it is a tech based management company they still make you feel like you are working with real people.

- We have had a horrible experience with Belong. The lack of communication and professionalism was prevalent throughout our lease. From the constant maintenance issues which they were incredibly slow to resolve to them saying they would thoroughly clean and inspect the home prior to move in only to find the home was never cleaned and infested with beetles in the downstairs. Cannot forget the lock box on the front door which they said we would have to pay to remove it... They failed to communicate effectively regarding home issues as well as lied about how payments could be split in the portal with roommates. Prior to signing a lease they continued to say "well another buyer already had their credit approved so we cant negotiate price with you" only for me to hop on a call and negotiate the price down because our credit score was far better. This company lacks values and integrity. The homeowner ended up terminating the partnership with Belong and now we work directly with one another and have no issues. They were scamming the owner out of 100's of dollars in fees and genuinely do not care about their clients. Will never be using them again.

- I’ve had a great experience with Belong Company. They have been extremely professional and responsive. Whenever there was any issue in the house, I emailed them and they responded immediately. They quickly sent a technician to inspect the problem and took care of the repairs without any delay. The process was always smooth and stress-free, and most issues were resolved within 24 hours. I’ve been working with this company for about 6 months now, and I’m honestly very satisfied with their service. Their communication, responsibility, and fast action really stand out. I highly recommend Belong Company to anyone looking for a reliable and professional management company

- I’ve had a very positive experience with Belong. Their team is organized, responsive, and makes everything straightforward and stress-free. Communication has been clear, and support is always available when needed. I would definitely recommend Belong.
- Belong is the worst property management company for both renters and owners. They make repair appts without consulting with us first. They just call and say “someone will be there tomorrow. Several times I’ve waited all day and no one ever showed up. They use people that have no idea how to fix things. Our front door is inoperable. You cannot open it from the outside. Guy came to fix it had no idea how to remove the door handle so he completely destroyed it and after six hours he left and never came back. Our front door is unusable and unsecure. We have complained to belong many many times in the past 2 1/2 years but they have no idea how to provide good customer service. DONT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE. The homeowner says they overcharge her every time they come out. I could go on forever but I’m so tired of dealing with belong I can hardly believe what they constantly put us through with every home repair.

- Leo from East Bay Construction and Management arrived and promptly worked on sink stopper repair and leak repair. One of the stopper had a broken part that needed to be replaced. He left and bought a new part and fixed it. He also tightened the nut that was the causes of the water leak. Also, Leo tried to troubleshoot the dishwasher drain issue by removing debris from the drain area. After running the dishwasher, drain was not totally draining. So he reported it back to Belong. I am glad he was thoroughly documenting the issues and completions or need for further repair.
