- Belong has the potential to be a great company but they lack communication, they overcharge you for quotes and pricing, and they are liars. I recommend anything they quote for you or say it's a requirement ask for proof. They have lied to me numerous times and I went behind them and either found something cheaper or looked up requirements because what they told me wasn't true and they were trying to charge me an outrageous amount of money. If things don't get better with them by next year I will have to find a new company. The only reason I'm waiting is because I already have money tied up with them and my property has finally been listed. If it wasn't for that I would find a new company. I would prefer a company that I can trust and don'thave to go behind them and verify information. It's definitely been a frustrating journey having to verify and fact check everything. I shouldn't have to do that especially if I'm paying you to do your job which is to manage my property. What am I paying them for if I have do everything myself so that I don't get scammed out of my money? For now all I can do is hope that things get better. As of 2/4/2026 Belong has taken the necessary steps to address the issues. Thank you.

- I wish I could give Belong Home zero stars. My experience with this property management company has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. From the beginning, they have charged me for services that they cannot prove were ever provided. Despite my repeated requests for documentation regarding the improvements they claimed to have made, I have received no satisfactory evidence or explanation. This lack of transparency is unacceptable. Communication has been another significant issue. Whenever I raised concerns, I was met with delayed responses and a continuous hand-off from one representative to another, resulting in further confusion and unresolved issues. The inability to reconcile double charges for services has only added to my frustration. Furthermore, Belong Home has misrepresented their capabilities and failed to follow through on multiple requests for improvements. Overall, my experience with Belong Home has been marked by incompetence and a lack of professionalism. I cannot recommend their services to anyone looking for reliable property management.

- Daniel L. promptly responded to our rental inquiry, tour schedule request and rental application process. He efficiently assisted and guided us with the Belong home rental listing. We saw the listing at 6:00am on the Belong website, scheduled a 3:00pm group tour and by 5:00pm our rental application was approved. We appreciated the friendly video call with Daniel L. for the thorough renter interview. Next day, we were signing our year lease.

- Belong is an agency who rented my house for the past 6 months or so. Their client services are top notch. They work hard for their client satisfactions. Any questions or concerns they reply to your email without fail. In some instances they follow through to make sure they meet our needs.
