- The tenant requested a list of 5 items that need to be repaired. Alonso, the homecare specialist, provided amazing help. He quickly replied to my email and set up a time to talk on the phone to answer my questions. Rental property repair is always a headache to deal with, but Alonso made it a headache free. All the issues get addressed, and fixed in a timely manner. I was impressed with the team's professionalism and good customer service, and I highly recommend Belong Home.

- Our experience with Belong has been extremely disappointing. Communication was poor from the start — they repeatedly ignored both us and the property owner, failed to follow up on applications, and continued advertising and lowering the rent on a property we were actively in discussion about. Their automated system seems to make decisions without the owner’s approval, leading to confusion, frustration, and unnecessary delays. Even the homeowner expressed dissatisfaction with how Belong handled everything. We spent weeks waiting for updates, only to realize they were reaching out to other applicants and sending promotional texts while we were left in limbo. The lack of transparency and professionalism is unacceptable. If you’re a renter or homeowner looking for reliable communication and honest management, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Belong made what should have been an exciting move unnecessarily stressful and frustrating. Update Reply to belong’s response: Hi Belong, thank you for the response. I appreciate the acknowledgment, but the issue goes beyond a simple communication gap — it was a complete lack of accountability throughout the process. Both the homeowner and I were left waiting for weeks with no updates, while your automated system continued advertising and lowering the rent without authorization. In the end, the homeowner was so frustrated with your handling of the situation that they decided to terminate your services altogether. That alone should speak volumes about how poorly this was managed. We had to deal directly with the owner just to get clarity, which completely defeats the purpose of having a property management company. It’s good to hear this feedback will be reviewed, but I truly hope you make real changes to prevent other families and homeowners from going through the same frustrating experience.
