- When the AC quit working the te.perature started to rise to very uncomfortable levels inside the house. A quick txt to Rod got an immediate response from him and an AC tech to the house within 15 minutes... an after hours callout. Immediately finding the problem and fixing it the AC was back to cooling the house once agIn. ThankssRod and all at Belong.
- Super easy set up and responsive support / property managers. We vetted several property management companies and belong came out with the best price and surprisingly came with great service as well.
- I liked the open house concept, allowed for questions to be answered on the spot.
- Would not recommend. I was in the middle of applying for an apartment that 4 others were interested in and didn’t even have the opportunity to complete my application, but since they require you to pay upfront, they charge you even though you haven’t even applied. They will not refund the app fee even though I didn’t even apply because the 1 private residence has been rented with in hours. And they said I can use it in another rental. They only had 1 rental available in my area. Please do not get bamboozled by the malfunctioned and corrupt practices of this company. It doesn’t cost $61 for a background check anywhere in the US, so they are cons
- Belong has served me well, the company has taken the burden of responding to maintenance issues off my back which is greatly appreciated. They are quick to respond to concerns and keep owners properties beautiful and well loved with qualified and trustworthy tenants.

- Belong is single-handedly the worst management company I have ever worked with. They have one standard lease and refuse to change it (they say they can't for "legal reasons," and when you press further they admit that they don't know why). They switch you back and forth between different representatives that don't know how to help. They will go back and forth about finding a time to call you just to never call and email information that they could have just sent when you asked the first time. They never reply to emails in a timely manner, and I have had to send follow ups multiple times to get responses. They refuse to do pest control and will just send you Amazon links. They take forever to reply even in time-sensitive situations and cannot be reached on the weekends. If you contact them two hours before they close, you're not hearing back until the next business day. The app they force you to download doesn't even work (most options throw error codes) and has options to ask for help for categories they won't even help with (i.e. pest control). In the app, you get stuck talking to an ai chatbot instead of the real human help they promise on the website. If you have multiple roommates, you cannot pay separately and have to pick a "primary resident." They don't know how to use the reply all button when speaking with groups. This is all in under two weeks of living in a belong home. No place is worth the hassle.
- Joaquin did an excellent job processing my rental application. He kept me informed throughout the quick process, and within 24 hours, my application was accepted and approved. He also scheduled a tour of the property, and I was able to sign the rental agreement right after. I've never experienced such a smooth transaction before. Thank you, Joaquin!
- We really loved the home, perfect for what we want. Melissa was great ,she made our tour wonderful and answered all the questions we had.
- My experience with Belong has been fantastic so far. The house I toured was well-maintained and the entire process—from viewing to the application—has been incredibly easy. A special shout-out to Melissa, the realtor, who was informative, very easy to talk to, and genuinely helpful. Highly recommend!
- My concerns are heard and solved as a tenant. The Belong staffs very responsive and follow through the issue until it’s solved. Also, they gave me a word that my property will be rented within 4 days for a good client and they successfully did that to my satisfaction.

- I hired Belong, Inc. to manage my property in Florida. My experience: • They executed a lease without my approval and added tenants for HOA purposes without telling me or the HOA that the added person wouldn’t actually live there. • They withdrew over $2,000 from my account without permission. • They charged management and cleaning fees for services they never performed. This caused serious financial and administrative problems. Read their contract carefully and verify everything in writing before hiring. Sharing this as a factual account so other property owners can avoid similar issues.
