- I applied with belong homes to be a tenant in one of their homes. I was treated with disrespect and offered a refund of the nearly $200 in application fees that they have neglected to return. Joaquin Cisneros in particular is just an awful person. Refund was offered January 5th.

- Daniel L. promptly responded to our rental inquiry, tour schedule request and rental application process. He efficiently assisted and guided us with the Belong home rental listing. We saw the listing at 6:00am on the Belong website, scheduled a 3:00pm group tour and by 5:00pm our rental application was approved. We appreciated the friendly video call with Daniel L. for the thorough renter interview. Next day, we were signing our year lease.
- The staff at Belong were very responsive, however it did take awhile to hear back about my application. Also don’t love that they charge the application fee before you finish the application.

- Belong did an excellent job on my behalf finding a tenant for my condo and dealing with the whole situation professionally. Belong also responded to tenants requests and took care of repairs on my behalf.

- As a property owner, my experience with Belong left a lot to be desired. The sales process sold me on many "differentiators" that were simply not upheld; the tenants did not meet the 3x income criteria and yet they leased to them, the required "deep clean" was not done to any quality standards until I insisted their quality person come out, the locksmith no-showed three times until I rekeyed the house myself. This left me with zero confidence in their services going forward. The biggest issue was that I have a high-end home in California and Belong required Additional Insured on the landlord policy - it is hard enough to get a policy in California due to all the fires, many carriers are not even underwriting in California and NO carrier would provide the AddlIns for a property manager not on the title. Belong refused to have a separate liability policy to cover the risk and refused to pay me any of the income or utilities fees throughout, even though I was incurring expenses on the property, (rest assured, they grabbed their placement fee immediately on signing the lease though). This went on for nearly two months and so I had to terminate with them because they would not budge and no carrier would provide. They even tried to "help me find coverage" by offering a policy with half the replacement value for my multi-million dollar home and tried to tell me that's all I needed even though the person had never even seen the property! Handoffs between the various "specialists" were inconsistent and communications were spotty. It seemed that I had to re-educate each new handoff rather than them look in my files first. Worst of all, Belong just didn't get to know my home or it's special features or quirks (even though I wrote them all up in a Best Practices document for them) so the tenant had to come to me for all their questions and I just wasn't clear what I was paying Belong for.

- Joaquin since the very first contact was extremely attentive and took all our doubts within his reach, very friendly and human in his service, completely qualified for his work, certainly one of the best staffs I've ever met here in the USA!

- Daniel helped me and my mom with the rental process and made was it such an easy non stressful process. He answered all our questions and had an amazing turn around time. We are so grateful for our experience.
- I have been with Belong since June, they made sure of finding a well qualified tenant, I have since referred a home owner to have Belong take care of them they way they have me. So far I have had no problems receiving the guarantee rent as promised
- Belong team relies heavily on automations. Realtor could add a real value here. Your team was disorganized and had no data based on your system were taking decisions. At a point, they were inexperienced with the concepts of real estate renting. My realtor found me a tenant in 3 days after Belong released the property. So I lost about 40 days of rent and about $4000.
- We are glad to have Daniel as our leasing agent. He is extremely professional and detailed oriented. Previously, we had a request to install something to our unit. Without hesitation, he stepped up the plate and had it done. Keep up the good work!
- Belong is an agency who rented my house for the past 6 months or so. Their client services are top notch. They work hard for their client satisfactions. Any questions or concerns they reply to your email without fail. In some instances they follow through to make sure they meet our needs.
- Daniel, was extremely helpful from the time of our initial contact. He was very patient with me throughout the process of applying and submitting my application online. This was a very new and emotional experience for me. It was though he took my hand and led me step by step, patiently guiding me through each phase. I am grateful that his expertise reflected in his overall performance on the job. Thanks to Daniel I am ready to embark on this new chapter in my life, in my comfortable new residence.

- Badly organized team, Promised to get tenant in 21 days, but nothing even after 2 month..no proper update on progress, no network with local agents to speedup the process. They feel that software will do all the thing. Do not waste your time with them.

- I started the process with them on a Friday evening. I was told I was first in line for the time. They took our application fees, ran our credit, and told us they would be sending over a lease. I wake up on Martin Luther king jr day, a bank holiday, to a text that they rented it out to someone else. This really feels like a a scam and was a waste of time. The home was very dirty when they showed it to us and the lady showing it really had no clue what was going on. Daniel, the service person we worked with, was impossible to contact and very unprofessional. Do not use this company.
