- Unfortunately our experience with Belong was filled with lies. They were hired to lease our home out. They presented the price of the leasing service as $1,499 -- but it is actually $2,700 unless you agree to their management service ($199/mo.). Jorge, the signup agent, was very clear that the management service was optional and presented an outright lie about the pricing. Secondly, Jorge also lied about the product offering. They made a big deal of their 60-day loved guarantee. Which was presented with a minimum acceptable price. Turns out that they actually are not committed to that minimum price (it appears nowhere in the real contract) and can lower the price as much as they want to--presumably all the way to $0. We found this out the hard way when they failed to confirm any rent price floor after explicitly providing a range to get our business. Awful experience full of lies. Would recommend you avoid.

The web site had a performance issue with supplying bank statements vs income, which held us up. Additionally, the Selfie photo app would not focus and capture my picture. that held us up. I've never had issues with any other app for this purpose in the past. The LEASE is EXTREMELY beneficial to Belong and to the owner, and a bit restrictive to the Lessee... Specifically on inspections, environmental tests, etc..
