Our interactions with the Belong team and Leslie specifically were great. we have no personnel complaints.. The web site had a performance issue with supplying bank statements vs income, which held us up. Additionally, the Selfie photo app would not focus and capture my picture. that held us up. I've never had issues with any other app for this purpose in the past.
The LEASE is EXTREMELY beneficial to Belong and to the owner, and a bit restrictive to the Lessee... Specifically on inspections, environmental tests, etc..
