During the lease term, I was not always satisfied with Belong personnel. HOWEVER, both my wife and I were very impressed and pleased with Gabriela. She truly understands what great client service is. She was very responsive and delivered on her word. She was also very pleasant to deal with. Belong should be very happy that she is an employee and have her train her co-workers about quality customer service. Thank you, Gabriela!

One suggestion would be while the rent is determined, please make sure to have local knowledge/ relevant data as we think our home was in a brand new neighborhood and it was priced for the market bit far (bad school rating etc.). - The customer service is exceptional. Our company was treated with respect and the quality of work is exceptional.
- Some of the largest issues my husband and I faced were time and money. From major repairs to painting, we neither had the time nor the money to prepare the property for its first tenants. The resources Belong has to offer and the ability to set up payments out of the income generated from the ability gave us the ability to stop worrying about the mortgage and start working towards getting some tenants. This review is just after the initial phone call. We have an inspection set up, and we are currently looking forward to hearing back from the company to continue moving forward with this process after the inspection.
