- They were super flexible and responsive around scheduling constraints and changes. The repair technicians did excellent work and were totally professional and nice.
- they were very prompt - even after working hours - I would still get a response for my quesstions. They also helped in every step of the process.

- I had a very disappointing experience with Belong. I paid the $60 application fee, submitted all required documents promptly, and was fully ready to move forward — but they didn’t even review my application. I received no feedback, no update, and the property was given to someone else without any communication. It feels like I paid for nothing. The process lacked transparency and consideration. If you're going to charge applicants, the least you can do is review the application and provide a proper response. This experience was frustrating and a complete waste of time and money.

- I've never hired a property management company before and decided to take a friend's referral and advice. I hired Belong and they were quick to assess our home value for rent. They sold me on their placement timeline since they said their national average is less than 18-21 days. I was anxious because there were so many steps needed along the way (repairs, listing photos etc) but they delivered! Listed in a day and got the lease from a renter all signed in less than 3 days! The placement fee is a little higher than I expected but the monthly fee is average compared to other companies.

- Daniel Landa was my Leasing Advisor, and he was just great. I applied on a Saturday, and he reached out to me Sunday morning. He worked with me every step of the way to ensure that I got the apartment that I wanted, in the time I wanted. He was extremely personable and made the always-stressful move-in process significantly smoother.

- So far our experience has been pretty good, though we have not moved in yet. Still a questions to be answered. But as we move along, closer to our move in date, more and more of our questions get answered. The "delay" we feel is not always the fault of Belong, and we understand that. Many of our questions get answered after normal working hours, and for that we are truly thankful. It's pretty apparent that Belong staff work, until the job is done.
