- I've never hired a property management company before and decided to take a friend's referral and advice. I hired Belong and they were quick to assess our home value for rent. They sold me on their placement timeline since they said their national average is less than 18-21 days. I was anxious because there were so many steps needed along the way (repairs, listing photos etc) but they delivered! Listed in a day and got the lease from a renter all signed in less than 3 days! The placement fee is a little higher than I expected but the monthly fee is average compared to other companies.
- Daniel Landa was my Leasing Advisor, and he was just great. I applied on a Saturday, and he reached out to me Sunday morning. He worked with me every step of the way to ensure that I got the apartment that I wanted, in the time I wanted. He was extremely personable and made the always-stressful move-in process significantly smoother.

- So far our experience has been pretty good, though we have not moved in yet. Still a questions to be answered. But as we move along, closer to our move in date, more and more of our questions get answered. The "delay" we feel is not always the fault of Belong, and we understand that. Many of our questions get answered after normal working hours, and for that we are truly thankful. It's pretty apparent that Belong staff work, until the job is done.
- Well first of all you guys have the best houses to choose from. Everyone was so nice. When I spoke to them over the phone. I am old school I don't know how to do these computer things. So I got my grandson to help me. Your company step-by-step Went through all the steps to show us how to apply online. I want to thank you for that. Now we're waiting to see what happens next. Thank you for giving me the opportunity. You live in one of your beautiful homes.
- Working with Belong Home has been extremely disappointing. After handing over the property, they didn’t even list it for nearly two weeks, causing unnecessary delays and rental loss. They didn’t bother to take professional photos—instead, the listing had poorly taken pictures that looked like they were clicked by school kids with no sense of presentation. The level of care and professionalism was shockingly low. Staff seemed unavailable most of the time, frequently "on vacation," with little to no accountability. During showings, they handled the property poorly—our mirrors were broken, and the overall condition was not maintained at all. Their approach seems to be: list the property, and walk away. Absolutely no follow-up, no urgency, and no ownership. If you’re counting on them to actively manage or protect your rental income, be prepared for continued loss and frustration. Save your money, your property, and your peace of mind—look elsewhere. This is not a company that values property owners or takes their responsibilities seriously.

- Alejandro has been great to work with. He is always pleasant and prompt in his responses. When he doesn’t have an immediate answer, he goes out of his way to find one. Truly appreciate his professionalism and dedication!
- The Host was very knowledgeable about the house and things that came with the house. The only thing she did not know was what days the trash pick up was on, whether it was Bowie city water or WSSC water & if it was BGE or PEPCO Electric and if it was Gas, but other than that wonderful young Lady. Very nice visit to the property.

- Didn’t work with her too closely, but she texted me when she found a resident, clearly communicated everything I needed to know about them, and got the signed lease back quickly. She added the stipulations I needed last minute too. After having some confusion with some other employees and parts of the process, this was very helpful and a breath of fresh air.
