- Jefferson was very thorough regarding an appliance issue which the tenant’s had and for coordinating repairs after a tenant move out.
- Just horrible. Any good reviews here must be from employees, associated with them or paid. Since this site doesn't require an actual service purchase /user verification. This is the second lease term with Belong and can't get any worse. They changed the lease date without any notification and called and email me 40 times within 3 hours on a random day, saying that the tenant is outside to move in, so I have to let the tenant in. They tosses all repair expenses from the previous tenant to me, also charge and take money out of my account without my consent. They uses vendors that charge 2-3 times more than regular pricing as a mark up. These vendors left the property window opened, lights and AC on and access the property without any heads up. Also, they don't use/ allow email trails to avoid or minimize accountability. They will make you feel so tired of dealing with them to give up to find any solution but just not deal with them anymore. The resolution team manager, Will never get back to you, not to mention any solutions. The amount of time, stress and frustration I got from the process of Belong is definitely not something I would expect. Why am I paying the management fees for? I'm in California. If anyone consider to use this company as your property management. Please don't. —- I already escalated the issues to Belong and as I noted, the manager name “Will” from resolutionteam never got back to me.

- Kevin is a very good mediator. He explained things fully, understood our concerns and apparently did his best to insure we would be able to rent the property. Unfortunately, the property owners were unreasonable to Kevin.
- Onela was very useful in helping to finalize the move to the new house and coordinating with the owner to reassign services from Water, SD&E, COX, and Republic. Also, she keeps in contact all the time for doubts and repairs.
- I had a wonderful experience with Roque Antonio Delgado Rausseo. He is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and patient — always taking the time to explain everything clearly and answer any questions I had. What stood out even more was his sense of humor and flexibility, which made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Roque has a natural ability to make people feel comfortable and supported, and it shows in the way he handles customer service. Highly recommend working with him!

- The employees in this company are all very friendly and helpful. There are many people in Belong who work in different departments, so there is not just 1 guy who is overloaded like my previous management company where the responses were slow. Belong get this correct. Their coordination in getting things done is fast. I hope they stay this way.

- I am a realtor and called your Maryland office at +1410- 343-4939 the new property located at 306 Phoenix Dr., Largo, MD 20774 informing them that I had a client interested in leasing. First off no one answering the phones will provide their names (THIS IS A BUSINESS) and I don't understand why that is such a secret when they are representing Belong. Secondly, I called two days, and no one has yet returned my call inquiring if Belong has a tax accreditation program. I was told yesterday the Manager would return my call, but I did not hear back from her. I called again today got another associate asked the same question. He was clueless on what a tax accreditation program was. However, he did ask a colleague, who informed him that you all do participate in that said program. I asked him for his name, or the colleagues name that stated you do participate in the program for reference, and he refused to give me his name, and his colleagues and stated he didn't see why that was necessary. I explain to him when I speak with someone, I wanted to be able to confirm where I got my information and also that I was a realtor let alone do you work for a company and your name should not be a secret. I also informed him that he didn't even greet me when I called or introduced himself on the phone, so we are talking to these nameless agents who make a big deal if you ask for their name, let alone no one ever returned your call. This is really not a good reflection of your property management company. Nor is the lack of responsiveness.

- Gianella & Daniela were incredibly helpful as points of contact during our interview and move-in process. Both were extremely responsive and would even call to let us know of more urgent items. Additionally, they would lay out step-by-step what needed to be completed in order to move forward in each respective stage of the process, which made it very easy to know what needed to completed. Thank you both for helping us move into our new home!

- Belong has extremely high turnover rate on employees. I have sent emails to "assigned agent" multiple times for weeks, haven't heard at all. weeks later, I'm being told that agent is no longer with company, left my issues unsolved for weeks. This happened so many times already for me since last year. They do not communicate internally within the company, so I have to explain to every step of everything. They do not have any knowledge in State laws and regulations. And push all expenses including Fridge water filter (Ha!) at the owner's expenses. I asked the leasing agent to not to include appliances but she did not respond and included them in the lease any ways. They also took money from my account without any consent or not scheduled date. When I asked about it, I was told that there is nothing prohibit it in law so they are off the hook and they can do that. Escalation is nearly impossible here. When I asked for the executive emails, they refused to provide any management contact and gave me 1-888 #
