- Please avoid this company at all cost! We moved in as their residents and they made us leave in an apartment with broken, non-operable locks for days after moving in, and now 2 weeks after moving in, the lock still has not been properly repaired! this is a serious safety issue but all of their customer support reps just play musical chairs and one person said to wait for another person to respond. There are other repair requests maintaining but obviously they never get to any of them since they are still waiting for the lock issue to resolve first (?!?) We are homeowner ourselves who have rental properties in other states. We will NEVER ever trust this company with our homes and will make sure to advise everyone we know, residents and landlords, to stay away from this company!

I felt skeptical because he asked me to do a wire transfer, and I never done that before for a deposit, but it was very legit and his services was very precise. Moving from Avel Apartment Homes, questions or concerns are usually brushed off even after the promise of a call back. Belong however, they welcome you in any way possible, they make you feel comfortable at all times and they do not stop fulfilling any requests or concerns you may have, including following up frequently.

Thanks to her support skills, I will recommend to everyone looking for a tennant or a rental, here on. I just wish the pricing were little bit reasonable to attract more customers to your platform! This is a niche business model and I wish Belong goes places, genuinely helping people. And hope they just dont run after the "balance sheet", the Walstreet circus. The only reason I can deny Belong because it will cost me around $350 p.m. thats pricey! (1495 for each new lease/renewal + the prop. Mgmt of $200 p.m.).
