Renzo was fantastic! He was on top of our service requests from the start, and assigned a technician to our property right away! All maintenance was completed within a day and we were very satisfied with the service of the technician and for Renzo’s continuous follow up during and afterwards.

Thanks to her support skills, I will recommend to everyone looking for a tennant or a rental, here on. I just wish the pricing were little bit reasonable to attract more customers to your platform! This is a niche business model and I wish Belong goes places, genuinely helping people. And hope they just dont run after the "balance sheet", the Walstreet circus. The only reason I can deny Belong because it will cost me around $350 p.m. thats pricey! (1495 for each new lease/renewal + the prop. Mgmt of $200 p.m.).

- They put us through the entire approval process. We were approved. They then said the house would be 500 more per month than listed. Seemed very shady and convinced us into giving up other homes thinking we had been approved already.
