- The final step in our departure from a rental property was sorting out the security deposit, which had to be approved by the owner. This encountered a delay, but our concierge Jessica stayed with it and kept us informed. We're very satisfied with the result.

- The tour was great. Love the house and location. Tour guide was already there when I arrived. Still had many things inside but it sort of gave me a sense of what I could fit into the space.

- Belong is brutal! We attempted to contact them for months regarding a house for rent on Contour Drive in Austin. We would repeatedly receive only robot responses or nothing/never answering our question. We finally went to an open house and the woman who was showing the house was rude/seemed annoyed by even the simplest of questions. She did not know the answer to anything about the home. She finally took our information and indicated that a specific woman would be calling us right away. That never happened. This house has been on the market for awhile and it seems like “Belong” isn’t doing their due diligence to get it rented for the owner. Very disappointing.
