- Each person I've spoken to at Belong has been very helpful and willing to solve any issue at hand. In this instance, Luis was very communicative and provided me with updates at each step. Same for Renzo for another matter I needed assistance with. I appreciate their customer service and constant follow ups.

- The first conversation was articulate and brief. She passed me on to Luca who familiarized me with an overview, answered my initial questions and assured me a sample estimate and online pamphlet would arrive today. Straight to the point without trying to sell me until I am ready.
- The whole process from touring the unit to receiving the lease agreement was smooth and Marcelo was very helpful and communicative!
- After discovering a small error on the website (reporting that a lease renewal had been forwarded early to the tenants w/o owner review...), Belong was very proactive in assuring me that the renewal was still several months away and I maintain final rent approval. Some of the communiques with my concierge had also not been forwarded, and this too was addressed immediately. My concierge contacted me quickly and all concerns were resolved. I'm very happy with Belong's willingness to keep the homeowner fully in the loop and up-to-date.
- Finding a place to live can be very stressful, especially when the circumstances make it an emergency. When the future is unknown, it is critical to have great communication on these important processes. Marcelo was fast and detailed in his communications, and he responded to every one of our needs. It is hard to put into words how important and meaningful that was for us. Thank you, Marcelo and your team.

Unfortunately I didn't hear anything about those after I visited the property. I did give it a few days to allow time to gather information ect. I did get my answers when I emailed them and got a response rather quickly. That was very helpful. As for some other companies still yet have responded to similar questions and concerns so I really appreciate the agency staff members for their support and services..Overall I'm very pleased. I can't speak on behalf of how things are handle after I apply for a property.
