- I can't thank Sylvia and Belong enough for how quickly they responded when my AZC stopped working during a heatwave. It was sooooooooo hot, and I was worried I would melt. Belong came through! I reported the issue in the app and Sylvia called me more or less immediately and had a technician out to fix the issue within a few hours. I was comfortable again! Thanks to the Belong team for their support and making me a carefree tenant.

- I'm a Belong client for about a year now. I'm quite happy with their service. Recently, our rental had a roof leak, and I was bracing myself for the chaos that comes with such a big issue. Luckily, Belong handled it like pros! The home care team jumped into action immediately, coordinated with their vendor to fix the problem, and did so quickly. They also worked with my tenants to make sure things happened as they should in the rental, and didn't overwhelm me with all the coordination. Exactly what I needed, since I'm quite busy. What I liked the most is how they managed to keep my tenants happy despite the disruption. The tenants were so pleased with Belong, that they extended the lease another year! Belong's thoughtful care and around-the-clock responsiveness make them a win in my book.
- Everyone has been kind and helpful. Fast responses overall. Some of the processes in place could be improved. Like move in inspection is very time demanding and should be communicated to complete before unloading your move truck in order to have accurate documentation/ pictures. There would be increased compliance if it wasn’t such a time consuming ask as well. The inspection program is not built for tenants moving in (my opinion) it is targeted at professional inspectors.
- Leslie did an amazing job keeping us updated and coordinating viewings. She talked us through and reminded us to finish our applications, worked with any questions we had quickly, and was so personable and friendly when we talked on the phone. I really felt like she was on my team the whole time, rooting for me to find a perfect home.
- I've been renting my home with Belong for about six months, and what I appreciate the most is how much they simplify everything. I'm not the kind of person who enjoys dealing with the nitty-gritty of property management, like vetting residents, scheduling maintenance, following on up repairs, etc. Belong takes care of all of that for me.What really surprised me was how thorough their resident screening process was. The residents they placed in my home are great: pay on time, respectful of my rental, and friends with the neighbors. It feels like Belong cares as much as I do about finding great residents for my home.If you're a homeowner who values your time and wants peace of mind, I couldn't recommend Belong more. They're easy to work with, gave me a smooth experience so far, and I highly recommend them.

- I was hesitant before renting out my home for the first time, but Belong made the whole process way easier than I expected. They found great tenants quickly and took care of everything: maintenance, rent, vetting the tenants, taking care of move in, etc.The best part was their guaranteed rent program. When my tenants lost their job and couldn't pay rent for two months, Belong took care of it. I was relieved! - There's an art and a science to good home care. Belong threads that needle by providing a great app and a personal touch. Anything I or my renters need is a few taps away, but my concierge is there to make sure everything is running smoothly.

- Company contributes to homeless crisis by discriminately raising the rental criteria to unreasonable standards like you must have 700 credit score and have co-signers that make 6.6x the rent. They discriminate and turn away viable renters. My co applicant owned two homes and could buy another still told her she need a co-signer. I’m usually not one to leave reviews but I was appalled by my experience and the way we were handled as applicants. Avoid any experience with Belong it’s a waist of your time.
- Belong team did an excellent job in coordinating and scheduling the mid-year lease with my tenant. Very prompt and helpful answering all my questions regarding this matter.

- Continuously dropped the ball with getting my place ready from the prior tenants to new tenants. They missed the inspection, had wrong few estimates, couldn't get vendors in time to fix and clean so I handled it all myself while still paying their ridiculous fees. They were regularly slow to respond and passed you from one person to another. There are other competitors in the market. As soon as one provides good service for landlords, the rest will go bankrupt.
