- I appreciate the procedure that Belong has to determine if your home meets their strict standards for rentability. Kyle, who came to our home to conduct the inspection, was very professional. Nathan, the account executive who has been assigned to us, explains everything in detail and with clarity. he followed up with an email that did the same. Nathan is very professional and courteous. we love our interaction with him and look forward to doing business with him and Belong in the future.

- DO NOT USE BELONG!!!! They are a scam. I've been "working" with them for a few months now. My house is supposed to be rented in 2 weeks and till now they have done NOTHING. No showings at all. Have just reduced the price and taken my money. Can never talk to a real person. My "concierge" doesn't have a direct line. Noone does. They never reply to my emails or texts. They never call me back. I'm trying to get some money back (a good will deposit I put down on fixing things in the house and the 2 months "free" they promised me, but charged me) and after a week, they still haven't done. Now, they are having "trouble" sending me the money back. STAY AWAY. FAR AWAY!!! (I finally heard back from Tami, VIP Member Relations Lead, and she got my refund completed and had a good conversation with her. Tami was friendly and helpful and listened to my frustration. I still wouldn't use this service but want to give a fair and honest review).

- Listed a place for rent on Zillow. We applied immediately and paid $130 for two people. An hour later it claims to be rented by someone else. Then a day later they list the same apartment for $2000/month more! At this point we ask for a refund and they say they will refund us. Then 2 weeks later no responses and no refund... Total scam

- In the middle of our rental transitioning over to Belong from the previous property management company, there was unfortunately very little communication given to us beforehand regarding the change. Thankfully, meeting and working with Silvana at Belong completely changed that experience for us. Silvana has been incredibly attentive, responsive, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. She has consistently answered our questions quickly, followed up with us, and helped make everything feel much less stressful during a very hectic moving period. Belong’s customer service team and 24/7 phone support were also extremely helpful and informative whenever we needed assistance. Everyone we interacted with was kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely willing to help. Even in the short amount of time we worked together before our move, the communication and support we received made a huge difference. We truly appreciate all of the help, professionalism, and reassurance Silvana and the Belong team provided us throughout the transition process.

- Belen has been fantastic! I recently disconnected my internet service at a rental property and needed to return the provider’s equipment. She coordinated directly with the tenant and made sure the equipment was returned to me. Also, I'm renting my 2nd property, and I've had such a positive experience with my rental properties. I’d like to thank Nicolas, Belen, Daniel, Candy, and the entire Belong team for their exceptional service. They truly live up to the standards they promote on their website.
- My experience with Belong Property Management has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I strongly caution any landlord or homeowner before signing with them. If you want to deal with AI-generated responses, canceled meetings, unanswered text messages, and emails that go completely ignored, then Belong is exactly what you will get. I repeatedly requested to speak with management to resolve multiple issues, and not one person ever responded. Because of the ongoing challenges and lack of accountability, I canceled my agreement with Belong. Shockingly, after ending the contract, they began charging me rent for my own property. I have now contacted the Better Business Bureau and other consumer protection organizations because the situation has escalated beyond anything a homeowner should ever have to deal with.
- I can only say positive things about Luisa and the Belong team. She is responsive and so accommodating. Her communication is impeccable and always so kind, helpful and positive. She has made my experience in my home a true joy for me and my young daughter We are truly blessed to have her!

- We’ve had a very positive experience with Belong so far. The move-in process was smooth, communication has been clear, and the team has been very attentive and helpful whenever we’ve needed assistance. Vanessa and the support staff have been wonderful to work with and have made us feel truly welcomed in our new home. We also appreciate that they take the time to personally check in with residents to make sure everything is going well. It really shows that they care about their tenants’ experience.

- After an entire week with no hot water. Then I was asked by management to pay the technician and they will reimburse me. He didn’t charge me up front and did the job. Worse experience I ever had with management company
- This company is run by AI. So it has no idea whether you are still using them or not or if a painter arrived or not. I give them five stars because they gave me a chuckle after I fired them 6 months ago.
- Company was very accommodating to do a virtual tour in order for me to view while deployed!
- The CEO office contacted us however this Company is really good at gaslighting and going back on their word. They will give you something in writing then turn back around and go back on their word while trying to question your judgement when they send under skilled workers to fix damages and once you complain about sloppy work, they will us AI to send lengthy emails trying to convince what your eyes see is not accurate. Worst of all they try to convince you to remove bad reviews which is unethical business practices. Hiring Belong has been one of our worst decisions.
