- In the middle of our rental transitioning over to Belong from the previous property management company, there was unfortunately very little communication given to us beforehand regarding the change. Thankfully, meeting and working with Silvana at Belong completely changed that experience for us. Silvana has been incredibly attentive, responsive, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. She has consistently answered our questions quickly, followed up with us, and helped make everything feel much less stressful during a very hectic moving period. Belong’s customer service team and 24/7 phone support were also extremely helpful and informative whenever we needed assistance. Everyone we interacted with was kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely willing to help. Even in the short amount of time we worked together before our move, the communication and support we received made a huge difference. We truly appreciate all of the help, professionalism, and reassurance Silvana and the Belong team provided us throughout the transition process.
- Belen has been fantastic! I recently disconnected my internet service at a rental property and needed to return the provider’s equipment. She coordinated directly with the tenant and made sure the equipment was returned to me. Also, I'm renting my 2nd property, and I've had such a positive experience with my rental properties. I’d like to thank Nicolas, Belen, Daniel, Candy, and the entire Belong team for their exceptional service. They truly live up to the standards they promote on their website.
- They have been very supportive and helpful throughout the management process. Very glad to be working with Belong. They are well Managed and will respond to my inquiries within 24/hrs. Great team!
- Listed a place for rent on Zillow. We applied immediately and paid $130 for two people. An hour later it claims to be rented by someone else. Then a day later they list the same apartment for $2000/month more! At this point we ask for a refund and they say they will refund us. Then 2 weeks later no responses and no refund... Total scam
- I can only say positive things about Luisa and the Belong team. She is responsive and so accommodating. Her communication is impeccable and always so kind, helpful and positive. She has made my experience in my home a true joy for me and my young daughter We are truly blessed to have her!
- We’ve had a very positive experience with Belong so far. The move-in process was smooth, communication has been clear, and the team has been very attentive and helpful whenever we’ve needed assistance. Vanessa and the support staff have been wonderful to work with and have made us feel truly welcomed in our new home. We also appreciate that they take the time to personally check in with residents to make sure everything is going well. It really shows that they care about their tenants’ experience.
- I appreciate the process that Belong has to see if your home meets their strict standards for rentability. Kyle who came to our home to do the inspection was very professional. Nathan the account executive who has been assigned to us explains everything in detail and with clarity. He followed up with a email that did the same. Nathan is very professional and courteous. We love our interaction with him and look forward in the future doing business with him and Belong

- This company is run by AI. So it has no idea whether you are still using them or not or if a painter arrived or not. I give them five stars because they gave me a chuckle after I fired them 6 months ago.
- After an entire week with no hot water. Then I was asked by management to pay the technician and they will reimburse me. He didn’t charge me up front and did the job. Worse experience I ever had with management company
- Company was very accommodating to do a virtual tour in order for me to view while deployed!
- My experience with Belong Property Management has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I strongly caution any landlord or homeowner before signing with them. If you want to deal with AI-generated responses, canceled meetings, unanswered text messages, and emails that go completely ignored, then Belong is exactly what you will get. I repeatedly requested to speak with management to resolve multiple issues, and not one person ever responded. Because of the ongoing challenges and lack of accountability, I canceled my agreement with Belong. Shockingly, after ending the contract, they began charging me rent for my own property. I have now contacted the Better Business Bureau and other consumer protection organizations because the situation has escalated beyond anything a homeowner should ever have to deal with.

- When I got into contact with her, it was quick and easy to get the contract renewed! I do wish we would’ve been approached about renewal as opposed to us waiting and having to reach out ourselves.

- The CEO office contacted us however this Company is really good at gaslighting and going back on their word. They will give you something in writing then turn back around and go back on their word while trying to question your judgement when they send under skilled workers to fix damages and once you complain about sloppy work, they will us AI to send lengthy emails trying to convince what your eyes see is not accurate. Worst of all they try to convince you to remove bad reviews which is unethical business practices. Hiring Belong has been one of our worst decisions.

- Kyle the inspector that came to our house was very professional and pleasant. Nathan has been also very professional and knowledgeable and articulate in explaining the process of renting out our house
- The virtual tour was very good. I spoke with the same people multiple times when I had issues so that was nice that I had one assigned agent. We had some issues with our lease / application and they were ver patient and helpful!

- I would like to thank the maintenance technician for his professionalism and the excellent job he did repairing my kitchen sink. He was very respectful, knowledgeable, and completed the repair in a timely manner. Everything is working perfectly now, and I truly appreciate his attention to detail and positive attitude throughout the process. Great customer service and quality work!

- The time spent on communications with the tenants, neighbors are the really important things to get their thoughts, feelings and coordinate with the landlord. Don't wait and act passively. Should be proactive to ask for things to improve and any problems to solve. I know the human power may be over subscribed for the number of houses they need to manage. There should be some AI tooling to help reducing the time
