Kathy was really good and thorough. She asked many questions and took a ton of photos showing the great condition our condo is in. She was very knowledgeable and pleasant to do business with.

- PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. I REPEAT..... PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. They are heavy on communication prior to lease signing, but after signing the lease, their response time is horrible. This is the worst property management company that I've ever encountered. They promise to call you back within an hour and never do. Your calls, emails, and entries on the app will go unresolved. They have not addressed ANY of my maintenance issues prior to move-in that they assured would be "an easy fix". TheY don't properly inspect properties for potential issues. The AI chat bot is horrible. They mark items as complete that have not even received a scheduled maintenance/technician appointment.

She checks on things regularly and is super attentive to me as a tenant as well as often asking if the property ever needs anything. - If only we had one, at least one, of the Belong reps people speak so highly of. But unfortunately we didn't!! One years experience with Belong is enough to last a life time. If you enjoy the run-around, AI letters, apologies and "thank you for your patience" then Belong is the company for you. Our landlord FINALLY got rid oof them. thank heavens. Look around, you'll find better.

- Terrible communication. Very poor, weeks-long response times. While it was once a small local Bay Area company, employees appear to be in overseas call centers. Their only U.S.-based "headquarters" is now in Florida. High employee turnover.

- Belong managed my house on Tradewinds in San Jose, California. There were zero issues and the rent was always on time. Interaction with Belong was minimal while they managed my property..
- Great communication with Belong staffs. This is very important if you are far away from your property to properly address any issues and prevent the issue from becoming a bigger issue.
- Andre is helping me navigate my relationship with a very difficult tenant. He is professional and patient with the situation, and seems to know all of the legal implications of working with a tenant who violates HOA rules and fails to take responsibility for her actions.
