- AI slop company. They cannot maintain a single thing and are slow to repair anything. They're extremely disorganized and I cannot get into contact with anyone that will help me. They keep giving my address and phone number to random contractors and will not schedule anything with me. Random people call me and say they're at my home to paint my garage when I never said it needed to be painted. I have SQUIRRELS living in my roof and they haven't removed them or fixed the hole in a week. STAY AWAY!!! ALL THE 5 STAR REVIEWS ARE OBVIOUSLY AI.

- Save yourself the pain, you will regret renting property from BELONG COLORADO, INC. They are a HORRIBLE rental management company. Completely unprofessional, liars at best, and they add layers of bureaucracy to every simple task. The house was not inspected before we moved in and it was not cleaned. They lied, said they were working hard to prepare our new home for us, so is this why there were multiple repairs noticed on day one? They're good at telling you what you want to hear. Toilets didn't work properly, master toilet leaking, smoke detector in the master bdrm very high up in a cathedral ceiling beeped 3 times loudly every 60 seconds for WEEKS before they finally sent someone to fix it, we had to replace most light bulbs because they burnt out within two days, exterior electrical outlet missing its cover and getting rained on, cupboard shelves without the proper clips, so they collapsed, every towel rack in the house fell off the first time we tried to place a towel on them, they had wrong screws attached and weren't attached to the walls properly, VERY uneven concrete slabs in the garage and driveway that caused us to trip and twist ankles while moving in, and they refused to do anything about that. Gas stove not working right, it only produces medium heat and won't boil water. The flame doesn't come out of all holes on the burners. The professional they hired came and took a picture with the burners lit so Belong said it's a working stove. It's NOT fixed, and if I want it fixed they said I have to pay for it. We moved in August 11th. It is August 31st, and we still don't know who will pay for, or how the water, sewer, and trash will be billed to us. We were not allowed to put the bill in our name, so we've been waiting to find out something, anything from Belong. We still don't have access to our US mailbox. The HOA won't release the key to renters, so we've been without access to our US Postal Service mail since moving in because Belong keeps saying wait for it, wait for it, we are working hard to get authorization from the owner, blah blah blah. This kind of stuff should have already been addressed before we moved in, the house was rented before, so did they treat the prior renters like they're treating us? We get mad and tell them to stop ignoring things and hurry up, but then they say we're the unprofessional ones! Right! Beware of Belong Colorado, Inc, they're horrible, is all I can say. You heard my nightmare story.

- DO NOT HIRE BELONG. My experience was an unmitigated disaster that proved this company is more of a parasitic middleman than a professional property management service. Within weeks of signing, they demonstrated a complete disregard for my privacy by handing out my personal home address to my resident without authorization. Their administrative competence is non-existent; they held my rental proceeds hostage for weeks simply because their broken, rigid digital workflow couldn't process a standard W-9 for my LLC. They are not managers; they are a glorified, inefficient call center that adds layers of complexity to every basic task. Their "maintenance" model appears specifically engineered to extract $100+ "assessment" fees just to look at a problem, while actual repairs go ignored. I spent my time fighting their internal bureaucracy and repeating basic information to different teams rather than receiving the professional management I paid for. If you value your time, your money, and your privacy, stay as far away from Belong as possible.

- Andre is helping me navigate my relationship with a very difficult tenant. He is professional and patient with the situation, and seems to know all of the legal implications of working with a tenant who violates HOA rules and fails to take responsibility for her actions.

- This company uses AI to try to arrange tours. The AI is useless, they think we have visited when we have told them a million times we need a virtual tour. Complete waste of our time. Staff appears oblivious or is just not checking emails at all.

- Gianella was super helpful! We found the house in the morning and had signed the lease by the end of the day. It all moved quickly and was very straight forward.
- We have reached out to Valeria at Belong several times to get a response to our rental application status and she has not been responsive at all. The email responses are all clearly AI generated since I kept getting a response saying they need my paystubs in pdf form, I would send them my paystubs, in pdf form, and immediately get a response saying she does not see them. I attached them again. Same exact response. I attached them again and called out how the resposne is clearly AI generated and would like to speak to a real human and get this issue resolved and only got a canned response of "Thanks! We will be in touch soon!" with no actual response or acknowledgement of the application status. My husband and I tried calling her several times about this. Get put on hold. Then told she is busy and that she will give us a call back. Two days later, she does not call back and we receive no real response via email. We call the office again. Get put on hold. Then told, once again that she is busy and will give us a call back. There is no way to get ahold of anyone there. Clearly Belong just takes your money for the screening and doesn't actually connect you with anyone to give a straight answer on the status of your rental application. I will be writing this review publicly as well to make sure others know to stay away from Belong since they will just take your money and never get back to you.
