- DO NOT HIRE BELONG. My experience was an unmitigated disaster that proved this company is more of a parasitic middleman than a professional property management service. Within weeks of signing, they demonstrated a complete disregard for my privacy by handing out my personal home address to my resident without authorization. Their administrative competence is non-existent; they held my rental proceeds hostage for weeks simply because their broken, rigid digital workflow couldn't process a standard W-9 for my LLC. They are not managers; they are a glorified, inefficient call center that adds layers of complexity to every basic task. Their "maintenance" model appears specifically engineered to extract $100+ "assessment" fees just to look at a problem, while actual repairs go ignored. I spent my time fighting their internal bureaucracy and repeating basic information to different teams rather than receiving the professional management I paid for. If you value your time, your money, and your privacy, stay as far away from Belong as possible.

- Gianella with Belong was fantastic to work with throughout the entire process of leasing our place. We were approved in under a day and were able to complete everything remotely, which made the whole experience incredibly convenient. She stayed on the call with us while we reviewed our lease so we could get any questions answered in real time. However, she did not make us feel rushed or pressured. She was responsive, professional, and genuinely made what can be a stressful process feel easy. For our experience so far, I highly recommend working with her and Belong!

- I want to acknowledge that the vendors who have come to my home have been professional, courteous, and thorough in assessing the issues. Most recently, Brian clearly explained that his visit was only to inspect the kitchen faucet and cabinets and not to complete repairs. He carefully documented the problem, took photos, and advised that the kitchen faucet has serious issues that could potentially result in flooding if the water cannot be shut off in time. I appreciate his professionalism and the attention he gave to identifying the severity of the problem. My concern is not with the vendors, but with the lack of timely resolution from Belong. Despite multiple visits, the kitchen faucet remains unrepaired, and each vendor has only assessed the issue without any actual repair being completed. This ongoing delay is frustrating, especially considering that the problem has now been identified as a serious risk for water damage to the home. I am requesting action to resolve this issue before it leads to more significant damage. While the vendors have done their part professionally, the repeated delays in approving and completing the repair are unacceptable. I expect Belong to prioritize this repair and provide a prompt resolution.

- We had a rough go with the first round of estimates for yard work, but that was mostly because I don't think I was clear about what we actually needed for this property. Once I clarified there was no mowing to be done, the price for regular clean up came down real quick. This company does great work, and I don't have to worry about weeding any more! It's awesome! The things we love: 1. We don't worry about collecting rent, or late rent. 2. Getting a renter into the unit was relatively stress free and they took care of all the advertising and background checks. 3. The Belong staff is always very friendly and the app is very easy to use. Things that could use some work (because it's life and we can all get better at something) 1. The length of time it takes to get estimates could use some fine tuning. We waited about 3 week each time and these were for things that we really wanted to jump on. All in all, the work got done for a price we can manage regularly. 2. We have an outlet in our unit that does not have the reset switch on it but is still on a circuit that is completely GFCI because that's how the builder set it up. However, each time Belong staff comes in and sees the generic outlet, we get another warning that it needs to be fixed when it does not. This has taken several conversations and pictures of circuit boxes to resolve. I also fully expect to have to deal with this again when we are between renters. Considering everything, my husband and I are very happy with hiring Belong to be our third party management for our rental. We feel the benefits have far outweighed the irritations.

- This company uses AI to try to arrange tours. The AI is useless, they think we have visited when we have told them a million times we need a virtual tour. Complete waste of our time. Staff appears oblivious or is just not checking emails at all.

- Belong offers unparalleled service to landlords by offering guaranteed service finding tenants in 21 days. I signed up for this aspect of belong trusting their marketing efforts will prove successful in getting us a tenant. They inspect the property and provide a lockbox free of charge and sounds like they will own the entire process from finding a tenant to lease agreement and property management there after. They are also offering $9k plus in eviction expenses in case of a default tenant situation. Overall I was sold on all these stress free services and see how my experience turns out in a month or so.

- Gianella went above and beyond to get our lease approved quickly and easily. She was fast, professional, and responsive. We had a little trouble getting our IDs uploaded and she worked all day to get everything sorted out for us. We're so excited about our new home!

- We have reached out to Valeria at Belong several times to get a response to our rental application status and she has not been responsive at all. The email responses are all clearly AI generated since I kept getting a response saying they need my paystubs in pdf form, I would send them my paystubs, in pdf form, and immediately get a response saying she does not see them. I attached them again. Same exact response. I attached them again and called out how the resposne is clearly AI generated and would like to speak to a real human and get this issue resolved and only got a canned response of "Thanks! We will be in touch soon!" with no actual response or acknowledgement of the application status. My husband and I tried calling her several times about this. Get put on hold. Then told she is busy and that she will give us a call back. Two days later, she does not call back and we receive no real response via email. We call the office again. Get put on hold. Then told, once again that she is busy and will give us a call back. There is no way to get ahold of anyone there. Clearly Belong just takes your money for the screening and doesn't actually connect you with anyone to give a straight answer on the status of your rental application. I will be writing this review publicly as well to make sure others know to stay away from Belong since they will just take your money and never get back to you.

- Days after Marcio "fixed" the homeowner' provided washing machine it again began doing the same thing. In addition the homeowners provided dryer would only spin and spin, not dry anything, just spin. In the end we had the homeowner remove their appliances and we bought our own. Marcio kept us informed as to what he was finding as he worked on the washer. Upon locating the problem he promptly fixed and, cleaned up the area made sure we didn't have any more questions. Any that we did have he quickly answered, detailing what he was saying. Before he left he made double sure we were satisfied and had no more questions for him. A nice friendly guy who I would not hesitate to have back, should the need arise.
- DO NOT USE BELONG!!!! They are a scam. I've been "working" with them for a few months now. My house is supposed to be rented in 2 weeks and till now they have done NOTHING. No showings at all. Have just reduced the price and taken my money. Can never talk to a real person. My "concierge" doesn't have a direct line. Noone does. They never reply to my emails or texts. They never call me back. I'm trying to get some money back (a good will deposit I put down on fixing things in the house and the 2 months "free" they promised me, but charged me) and after a week, they still haven't done. Now, they are having "trouble" sending me the money back. STAY AWAY. FAR AWAY!!! (I finally heard back from Tami, VIP Member Relations Lead, and she got my refund completed and had a good conversation with her. Tami was friendly and helpful and listened to my frustration. I still wouldn't use this service but want to give a fair and honest review).

Their bright smiles and attitudes made the process of finding a house go from stressful to stress-free. Their fast acting got myself and my boyfriend into a dream rental.
