The Belong rep contacted me immediately: friendly, professional. However, I’d already decided to manage my property myself. The Belong rep behaved perfectly: thanked me for considering them and offered to help should I come to need their services. No hard sell, just good business. I am very impressed by Belong so far. They have a pretty modern approach to property management compared to other companies I’ve dealt with. Almost all of the process is coordinated using their Website, app or via email. They have a great website. It was very easy to view available properties and schedule a tour for the ones I was interested in. After the tour, I was able to apply for the property through the website directly from the tour page. We were told our application could be used for any of their properties within 30 days if we didn’t get selected for our first choice. The application itself is intuitive and simple. We were able to do the whole process remotely from start to finish in just a day or two, including credit checks. Lease Terms were reasonable, and rent is direct deposited automatically so no hassle with checks or money orders. We even had an option to waive our deposit and pay a monthly fee instead, which really helped out with finances. The Apartment was delivered to us in good condition and clean on our move-in day. They were very detailed in documenting the condition during our walk through that weekend. Our concierge has stayed in contact afterward to make sure our family settled in ok, and is very responsive when we reach out.

Belong has been really great to work with. Sure there has been some back and forth and time I wasn’t really sure what the next steps were, but I think it come with the territory. They always return our calls and messages. Very courteous on the phone and I feel like they really CARE about people. Unlike Some other predatory leasers/property management.
