Sam from Belong has been taking care of my property for me this year while I am constantly traveling for work. I looked into a bunch of property managers, and decided to go with Belong. I am very happy with Belong so far, the personalized attention has been great, specially from our concierge Darely she is amazing, very helpful and keeps a good communication all the time. I originally hired Doorstead which I I regretted because they took 2 months and were not able to find tenants for my house, yet they charged me over $1,500 dlls in repairs and fees. Ended up cancelling with them and hired Belong which were able to find tenants in less than 2 weeks. It’s only been a couple of months working with Belong but I’m very pleased so far. The mobile app experience is great to be able to see my income and expenses with useful information about repairs with photos and detailed descriptions. I would imagine my tenants must be happy too. So I highly recommend Belong for a hands off property management experience.

By far the best property management! The team always made sure to have responded to any immediate attention! They are available via phone, email, & text!! An automated payment through their app right on your phone! What more can you ask for! I’ve had a few concerns in regards to the house but they get right on it! Communication 5 STARS! I would definitely give more stars if it was unlimited! In the beginning Thomas was my manager, he was awesome! And then now my current manager is Brooke Silverstre, and she is even MORE awesome! She’s always punctual, fun, easy going and so on and so on! I could list more things about her. I am happy, satisfied, and content. I couldn’t ask for more. They go beyond my needs.

In a hurry or don’t want to waste time viewing homes that aren’t a fit? Each of our listings includes a full gallery of high-resolution photos, a virtual 3D-walkthrough, and street-views so you can scope out the surroundings of your potential new home.

You will need your bank account credentials or income verification documents, a valid form of ID, contact info for your most recent landlord, and you will need to pay the $64.99 application fee. The application fee covers the cost for you background and credit check.
