Really love the mission Belong has set out to do. They have a wonderful team of people that are always there to be of help. While everyone there is super helpful and friendly, I worked closely with David. He’s been helping me from the start and even provided my family with storing, hauling, and moving options as we are looking to make the move to the eat coast. We’re sad to leave our Mid-Wilshire home of 10 years but excited that we found the right partner to make sure we have quality residents and the home is kept in great shape. They have taken care of everything from finding the resident to maintaining the home, which really has taken all my worry out. My only regret is that I didn’t buy another home for them to manage!

Belong Home has been the best rental company we have ever worked with. We began renting with them at the beginning of the pandemic and the entire move in process went extremely smooth. The home we rented was previously not managed by Belong, and as we moved in we found a few things that needed to be done to make it in working condition. Belong did a great job addressing all of our issues in a timely and professional manner. Within the year we rented we had one or two small problems related to the age of the home. Each time Belong quickly addressed the issue at no cost to us. We chose to move out of the home because of new neighbors. The move out process went extremely smooth and the items that were taken out of our security deposit were fair. We worked with Will and I felt like he really did his best to make us feel like a real person. To give you an idea of what this company is about I would like to quote something Will said in an email to us. “ I appreciate you doing your due diligence with this as it's your money and it is very important.” I have never felt more heard by a company, let alone a rental company. We will 100% rent with Belong again if we have a chance to.

Right away! You do not need to complete an application before scheduling a tour with a Resident Onboarding Specialist. On the home listing page, you will be able to select your preferred viewing time. You may view the home with us or on your own with our self-tour feature.

In a hurry or don’t want to waste time viewing homes that aren’t a fit? Each of our listings includes a full gallery of high-resolution photos, a virtual 3D-walkthrough, and street-views so you can scope out the surroundings of your potential new home.

You will need your bank account credentials or income verification documents, a valid form of ID, contact info for your most recent landlord, and you will need to pay the $61.99 application fee. The application fee covers the cost for you background and credit check.
