The team at Belong really cares. David even came over to answer my questions and provide feedback on what we should do before renting out the house. The process was really straightforward and they got a tenant in no time. I’ve enjoyed using their owners portal and haven’t had complaints or issues with the tenant so far.

These guys are just starting out, but already I can tell they're on to something. Blown away so far with the level of service they provide, and the quality of work they do when something needs to be fixed or attended to. My tenants love them as well, which no one ever says about a property manager, but they wrote me to tell me so. They provide great tools as well that they built as the startup they are. Has been a pleasure to work with David and Jordan on their team, and Francisco as well has done an awesome job. Can't recommend them enough.

They helped us end to end from prepping to rent out, to finding awesome tenants to maintaining our property in the Bay Area. Their response has been prompt for any questions I have as well as our tenants may have. Belong FTW :)

I'm on the board of a homeowner's association, and one of our owners contracted with Belong to manage the rental of their unit. Belong's staff promptly contacted the HOA to obtain copies of governing documents, and asked if there were any rules to be aware of, demonstrating that they know what they're doing, and care about compliance with the community's governing documents. Not only but I know they actually reviewed the documents, because they had a question about the number of pets permissible, because our rule was kind of vague. So good for them for being proactive in addressing potential problems before they become one.
