By far the best property management! The team always made sure to have responded to any immediate attention! They are available via phone, email, & text!! An automated payment through their app right on your phone! What more can you ask for! I’ve had a few concerns in regards to the house but they get right on it! Communication 5 STARS! I would definitely give more stars if it was unlimited! In the beginning Thomas was my manager, he was awesome! And then now my current manager is Brooke Silverstre, and she is even MORE awesome! She’s always punctual, fun, easy going and so on and so on! I could list more things about her. I am happy, satisfied, and content. I couldn’t ask for more. They go beyond my needs.

Belong has been really great to work with. Sure there has been some back and forth and time I wasn’t really sure what the next steps were, but I think it come with the territory. These guys are just starting out, but already I can tell they're on to something. Blown away so far with the level of service they provide, and the quality of work they do when something needs to be fixed or attended to. My tenants love them as well, which no one ever says about a property manager, but they wrote me to tell me so. They provide great tools as well that they built as the startup they are. Has been a pleasure to work with David and Jordan on their team, and Francisco as well has done an awesome job. Can't recommend them enough.

The short answer is no, all Belong Homes come unfurnished. And we don't recommend trying to do that on your own either! While you probably have great taste, in general, furnished homes rent for way less than unfurnished homes, and lead to negative experiences down the road if something gets damaged.
Belong specializes in managing residential rental homes, including apartments (condos), single-family homes, and multi-family homes. Whether you currently have residents or your home is vacant, we handle it all seamlessly, ensuring a hassle-free experience for you and your residents.

Right away! You do not need to complete an application before scheduling a tour with a Resident Onboarding Specialist. On the home listing page, you will be able to select your preferred viewing time. You may view the home with us or on your own with our self-tour feature.

In a hurry or don’t want to waste time viewing homes that aren’t a fit? Each of our listings includes a full gallery of high-resolution photos, a virtual 3D-walkthrough, and street-views so you can scope out the surroundings of your potential new home.
Apply on our website, directly on the listing page of your desired home. You will need your bank account credentials or income verification documents, a valid form of ID, contact info for your most recent landlord, and you will need to pay the $64.99 application fee. The application fee covers the cost for you background and credit check.
Interested in applying for multiple homes? Just click apply on each page and you will have the option to use an application you already complete or start a new application. You can apply for an unlimited number of homes only but will need to pay the application fee once (within a 60-day period).
