Moving out of my parent’s house was a big jump for me and I wasn’t sure I would be able to find the right place. After doing some research online, I found a few homes managed by Belong in West Hollywood. Luckily, I was able to do a tour of each home with Liam on the team. He was super nice and helpful! Overall my experience with Belong has been exceptional. We had a second house which was older and had a lot of deferred maintenance. We decided to turn it into a rental. We hired Belong and they completely remodeled the house, put it on the market and rented it within two days at asking price. They have interfaced with the renter leaving me free from much of the hassle of renting out a house.

You will need your bank account credentials or income verification documents, a valid form of ID, contact info for your most recent landlord, and you will need to pay the $64.99 application fee.
