By far the best property management! The team always made sure to have responded to any immediate attention! They are available via phone, email, & text!! An automated payment through their app right on your phone! What more can you ask for! I’ve had a few concerns in regards to the house but they get right on it! Communication 5 STARS! I would definitely give more stars if it was unlimited! In the beginning Thomas was my manager, he was awesome! And then now my current manager is Brooke Silverstre, and she is even MORE awesome! She’s always punctual, fun, easy going and so on and so on! I could list more things about her. I am happy, satisfied, and content. I couldn’t ask for more. They go beyond my needs.

I am very impressed by Belong so far. They have a pretty modern approach to property management compared to other companies I’ve dealt with. Almost all of the process is coordinated using their Website, app or via email. They have a great website. It was very easy to view available properties and schedule a tour for the ones I was interested in. After the tour, I was able to apply for the property through the website directly from the tour page. We were told our application could be used for any of their properties within 30 days if we didn’t get selected for our first choice. The application itself is intuitive and simple. We were able to do the whole process remotely from start to finish in just a day or two, including credit checks. Lease Terms were reasonable, and rent is direct deposited automatically so no hassle with checks or money orders. We even had an option to waive our deposit and pay a monthly fee instead, which really helped out with finances. The Apartment was delivered to us in good condition and clean on our move-in day. They were very detailed in documenting the condition during our walk through that weekend. Our concierge has stayed in contact afterward to make sure our family settled in ok, and is very responsive when we reach out.

While you probably have great taste, in general, furnished homes rent for way less than unfurnished homes, and lead to negative experiences down the road if something gets damaged.

You will need your bank account credentials or income verification documents, a valid form of ID, contact info for your most recent landlord, and you will need to pay the $64.99 application fee. The application fee covers the cost for you background and credit check.
Interested in applying for multiple homes? Just click apply on each page and you will have the option to use an application you already complete or start a new application. You can apply for an unlimited number of homes only but will need to pay the application fee once (within a 60-day period).
