Moving out of my parent’s house was a big jump for me and I wasn’t sure I would be able to find the right place. After doing some research online, I found a few homes managed by Belong in West Hollywood. Luckily, I was able to do a tour of each home with Liam on the team. He was super nice and helpful! Just moved into a Belong home and loved every part of the experience! The Belong team demonstrated immense care for my experience in this home and neighborhood, from start to finish. They were responsive 24/7 with all my detailed questions and even answered the phone at midnight before my move-in date. On my move in day, I walked in to find balloons, brochure and a blanket in my new home. First, I will say being a "landlord" is not easy, so handing over the reigns to Belong is the best decision I could have made! Apply on our website, directly on the listing page of your desired home. You will need your bank account credentials or income verification documents, a valid form of ID, contact info for your most recent landlord, and you will need to pay the $59.90 application fee. The application fee covers the cost for you background and credit check.
Interested in applying for multiple homes? Just click apply on each page and you will have the option to use an application you already complete or start a new application. You can apply for an unlimited number of homes only but will need to pay the application fee once (within a 60-day period).
