Belong found wonderful tenants for my condo - they sent me a write-up describing their backgrounds and how much they seemed to like the space when they first saw it. I got a picture of them looking very excited and celebratory and it's been all quiet on the western front since then, just how I want it to be! I sourced a tenant myself last year and it was a nightmare. She was constantly late with the rent and I received numerous reports from the HOA about rule violations. Suffice it to say, it came down to the vetting process. Because I was desperate to get a tenant in ASAP, I let some things slide that I probably shouldn't have. Belong's process seems very thorough and the fact that they send funds to my account on the 1st of the month (before they even potentially have received rent from the tenants) speaks to their confidence in that process.

Right away! You do not need to complete an application before scheduling a tour with a Resident Onboarding Specialist. On the home listing page, you will be able to select your preferred viewing time. You may view the home with us or on your own with our self-tour feature.

In a hurry or don’t want to waste time viewing homes that aren’t a fit? Each of our listings includes a full gallery of high-resolution photos, a virtual 3D-walkthrough, and street-views so you can scope out the surroundings of your potential new home.
Apply on our website, directly on the listing page of your desired home. You will need your bank account credentials or income verification documents, a valid form of ID, contact info for your most recent landlord, and you will need to pay the $64.99 application fee. The application fee covers the cost for you background and credit check.
