Just moved into a Belong home and loved every part of the experience! The Belong team demonstrated immense care for my experience in this home and neighborhood, from start to finish. They were responsive 24/7 with all my detailed questions and even answered the phone at midnight before my move-in date. On my move in day, I walked in to find balloons, brochure and a blanket in my new home. The home was sparkling clean; I mentioned during the open home that the restrooms needed some celaining and came back to find it all done. Totally exceeded all expectations.

Overall my experience with Belong has been exceptional. We had a second house which was older and had a lot of deferred maintenance. We decided to turn it into a rental. We hired Belong and they completely remodeled the house, put it on the market and rented it within two days at asking price. In a hurry or don’t want to waste time viewing homes that aren’t a fit? Each of our listings includes a full gallery of high-resolution photos, a virtual 3D-walkthrough, and street-views so you can scope out the surroundings of your potential new home.

You will need your bank account credentials or income verification documents, a valid form of ID, contact info for your most recent landlord, and you will need to pay the $64.99 application fee. The application fee covers the cost for you background and credit check.
