Belong is by far the best property management company I've worked with as a renter. Our personal concierge, Scott, has been so attentive, friendly, supportive, and responsive. He makes us feel valued and heard whenever we've had issues with our home. Belong, as a company, has also had my back when there have been issues. Bravo and thank you!

Great and efficient company...the Belong Company saved my Livelihood as I had to Rent my Home out due to Covid -- with their A) "Smooth Payment Plan" (which pays you Rent when Vacant in between Tenants); and B) the Option for getting Annualized 12 Months Rent Upfront in a 1 year Lease -- this is a "Brilliant" idea if you have Cash Flow issues. They absolutely saved me from a complete meltdown to catch up on Bills... All Reps are Professional, Knowledgeable and Friendly 10-Stars!!!!!

I haven't become a member as of this writing, but the experience I have had so far has been 100% satisfied. The customer service, the follow-up service is also top shelf. I had many opportunities to ask questions, with what seems like sincere caring about my experiences as a customer To say the least I am very impressed. I loved the property I was shown,...the deal breaker was no deck. They assured me they will keep my preferences and notify me when the have another property that matched my preferences until such and such date. And I know they will. I will update this once I get matched up. 👍

Belong has done exactly what they promised and more! I have been such a happy homeowner since letting them take over managing my home.
