Just moved into a Belong home and loved every part of the experience! The Belong team demonstrated immense care for my experience in this home and neighborhood, from start to finish. They were responsive 24/7 with all my detailed questions and even answered the phone at midnight before my move-in date. On my move in day, I walked in to find balloons, brochure and a blanket in my new home. The home was sparkling clean; I mentioned during the open home that the restrooms needed some celaining and came back to find it all done. Totally exceeded all expectations.

So far it’s been a very smooth process and we’re very excited to move in to the new place. Shout-out to concierge, Kelly Darling, for her timely responses to our requests. We recently had Belong Pro, Einar Finstad, address some repairs before we move in and he was very nice and attentive. While you probably have great taste, in general, furnished homes rent for way less than unfurnished homes, and lead to negative experiences down the road if something gets damaged.

Right away! You do not need to complete an application before scheduling a tour with a Resident Onboarding Specialist. On the home listing page, you will be able to select your preferred viewing time. You may view the home with us or on your own with our self-tour feature.

In a hurry or don’t want to waste time viewing homes that aren’t a fit? Each of our listings includes a full gallery of high-resolution photos, a virtual 3D-walkthrough, and street-views so you can scope out the surroundings of your potential new home.
Apply on our website, directly on the listing page of your desired home. You will need your bank account credentials or income verification documents, a valid form of ID, contact info for your most recent landlord, and you will need to pay the $64.99 application fee. The application fee covers the cost for you background and credit check.
Interested in applying for multiple homes? Just click apply on each page and you will have the option to use an application you already complete or start a new application. You can apply for an unlimited number of homes only but will need to pay the application fee once (within a 60-day period).
