Belong has been really great to work with. Sure there has been some back and forth and time I wasn’t really sure what the next steps were, but I think it come with the territory. I'm on the board of a homeowner's association, and one of our owners contracted with Belong to manage the rental of their unit. Belong's staff promptly contacted the HOA to obtain copies of governing documents, and asked if there were any rules to be aware of, demonstrating that they know what they're doing, and care about compliance with the community's governing documents. Not only but I know they actually reviewed the documents, because they had a question about the number of pets permissible, because our rule was kind of vague. So good for them for being proactive in addressing potential problems before they become one.

While you probably have great taste, in general, furnished homes rent for way less than unfurnished homes, and lead to negative experiences down the road if something gets damaged.

You will need your bank account credentials or income verification documents, a valid form of ID, contact info for your most recent landlord, and you will need to pay the $49.90 application fee. The application fee covers the cost for you background and credit check.
