Sam from Belong has been taking care of my property for me this year while I am constantly traveling for work. I looked into a bunch of property managers, and decided to go with Belong. They have an unbeatable price for their amazing service. I am very happy with Belong so far, the personalized attention has been great, specially from our concierge Darely she is amazing, very helpful and keeps a good communication all the time. I originally hired Doorstead which I I regretted because they took 2 months and were not able to find tenants for my house, yet they charged me over $1,500 dlls in repairs and fees. Ended up cancelling with them and hired Belong which were able to find tenants in less than 2 weeks. It’s only been a couple of months working with Belong but I’m very pleased so far. The mobile app experience is great to be able to see my income and expenses with useful information about repairs with photos and detailed descriptions. I would imagine my tenants must be happy too. So I highly recommend Belong for a hands off property management experience.
