Belong has been really great to work with. Sure there has been some back and forth and time I wasn’t really sure what the next steps were, but I think it come with the territory. They always return our calls and messages. Very courteous on the phone and I feel like they really CARE about people. Unlike Some other predatory leasers/property management.

Finally. I’ve gone through too many property managers to finally get to Belong. I don’t think it’s that tough to be professional in this line of work but my experience told me otherwise. Belong did a great job finding a tenant, and taking care of my home overall. I’m a big fan and look forward to giving them my next house to manage if I continue to buy in the Bay Area.

The team at Belong really cares. David even came over to answer my questions and provide feedback on what we should do before renting out the house. The process was really straightforward and they got a tenant in no time. I’ve enjoyed using their owners portal and haven’t had complaints or issues with the tenant so far.

Highly recommend speaking with Belong. I took their recommendations on property improvements and attracted some great tenants at a premium. Guaranteed rent is a major plus too. Their service team is prompt and reasonably priced. I higly recommend at least giving them a look.

The Belong rep behaved perfectly: thanked me for considering them and offered to help should I come to need their services. No hard sell, just good business.
