Finally. I’ve gone through too many property managers to finally get to Belong. I don’t think it’s that tough to be professional in this line of work but my experience told me otherwise. Belong did a great job finding a tenant, and taking care of my home overall. I’m a big fan and look forward to giving them my next house to manage if I continue to buy in the Bay Area.

I've heard horror stories of property management companies. But as a new landlord, my experience with belong has been nothing but top-notch. Everything from screening and finding tenants, to getting my property ready for rental, I've had nothing but positive interactions with belong.I would highly recommend them.

I am very happy with Belong so far, the personalized attention has been great, specially from our concierge Darely she is amazing, very helpful and keeps a good communication all the time. I originally hired Doorstead which I I regretted because they took 2 months and were not able to find tenants for my house, yet they charged me over $1,500 dlls in repairs and fees. Ended up cancelling with them and hired Belong which were able to find tenants in less than 2 weeks. It’s only been a couple of months working with Belong but I’m very pleased so far. The mobile app experience is great to be able to see my income and expenses with useful information about repairs with photos and detailed descriptions. I would imagine my tenants must be happy too. So I highly recommend Belong for a hands off property management experience.
