Finally. I’ve gone through too many property managers to finally get to Belong. I don’t think it’s that tough to be professional in this line of work but my experience told me otherwise. I am very happy with Belong so far, the personalized attention has been great, specially from our concierge Darely she is amazing, very helpful and keeps a good communication all the time. I originally hired Doorstead which I I regretted because they took 2 months and were not able to find tenants for my house, yet they charged me over $1,500 dlls in repairs and fees. Ended up cancelling with them and hired Belong which were able to find tenants in less than 2 weeks. It’s only been a couple of months working with Belong but I’m very pleased so far. The mobile app experience is great to be able to see my income and expenses with useful information about repairs with photos and detailed descriptions. I would imagine my tenants must be happy too. So I highly recommend Belong for a hands off property management experience.

While you probably have great taste, in general, furnished homes rent for way less than unfurnished homes, and lead to negative experiences down the road if something gets damaged.

You will need your bank account credentials or income verification documents, a valid form of ID, contact info for your most recent landlord, and you will need to pay the $64.99 application fee. The application fee covers the cost for you background and credit check.
