Moving out of my parent’s house was a big jump for me and I wasn’t sure I would be able to find the right place. Overall my experience with Belong has been exceptional. We had a second house which was older and had a lot of deferred maintenance. We decided to turn it into a rental. We hired Belong and they completely remodeled the house, put it on the market and rented it within two days at asking price. They have interfaced with the renter leaving me free from much of the hassle of renting out a house.

First, I will say being a "landlord" is not easy, so handing over the reigns to Belong is the best decision I could have made! From renting my place at a great rate, to moving in the new renter, everything was taken care of. I no longer have to worry about calls on nights and weekends with a request from my tenant. Belong handles repairs, including finding vendors. So far, it has worked well.

You will need your bank account credentials or income verification documents, a valid form of ID, contact info for your most recent landlord, and you will need to pay the $64.99 application fee. The application fee covers the cost for you background and credit check.
