The team at Belong really cares. David even came over to answer my questions and provide feedback on what we should do before renting out the house. The Belong team has the best top-notch Concierge service in the industry. As a rental owner myself and well versed in the rental industry, it's hard to find a company that will bend over backwards for you. Belong has proven that it will put forth extra effort to make it a win for the you, your home, and residents. Repairs. It's helpful to have an in-house team and a vendor network as needed. No more annoying and overpriced services via google search! Communication. Talking to one assigned concierge and not a general call center each time. App. I can use their app or website, both easy to use. Proactive work. I appreciate that work is put in to maintain the home and not just let the home fall apart over time. Long term investment. Belong wants a long-term relationship which is why they push for great results. If you're looking for someone to take care of your home give Belong a try!

You will need your bank account credentials or income verification documents, a valid form of ID, contact info for your most recent landlord, and you will need to pay the $61.99 application fee. The application fee covers the cost for you background and credit check.
