Sam from Belong has been taking care of my property for me this year while I am constantly traveling for work. I looked into a bunch of property managers, and decided to go with Belong. They have an unbeatable price for their amazing service. They deal with so many problems that come with being a homeowner, even an ant infestation at a time, and take great care of my home as a whole!! Sam along with the rest of the team are incredible! The Belong team is highly professional and well organized. Each member of the team was responsive, patient and attempted to, no in fact provided excellent service. I was especially impressed with the personal service and responsiveness given to me by Joel Jones who paid much attention to my concerns. He offered reassurance and went above and beyond to insure that this would be a satisfactory rental experience!

Belong has been really great to work with. Sure there has been some back and forth and time I wasn’t really sure what the next steps were, but I think it come with the territory. They always return our calls and messages. Very courteous on the phone and I feel like they really CARE about people. Unlike Some other predatory leasers/property management.

It was a big decision leaving LA and going back to the east coast and making sure I found the right manager to take care of my home. I’ve heard horror stories in the past about passive managers or difficult residents. Thankfully, David and the team have done everything since day one to prove the exact opposite experience. Belong has worked around the clock to help me manage my house in Culver City and I feel that I’m always in the loop, even all the way from NYC. Between plumbing issues to a pest problem in the kitchen, they are always there to fix whatever needs fixing and always with a smile on their face for my residents. I am so grateful for them, and I am really excited to see them succeed!!
